I ran home as fast as i could jumping over hoods of cars and sliding under bushes trying to reach home in time. God that's why she wouldn't look me in the eye.... she knew!I thought reaching my street. As i turned the corner I saw the flames leaping skyhigh. "NO!" I yelled defiently running into the house. "Mom?! MOOOOOM?!" I yelled pushing the burning wood out of the way "NOOOOOO" I yelled seeing her on the ground. "HAHAHA I win Nathan. I always do. Run to your father. Run to that mutt Thanatos" The head voice yelled before I dropped to the ground in tears. "I'll kill you. I promise i'll kill you myself!" I cried before everything went black. "Wake up Son." A deep slow voice said. "Son wake up I know you are begining to stir." I sat up looking around for the source of the voice but found none. "WH-Who are you?" I said getting up. "Your father" The voice said. "No my father died. years ago. Before I was born." I said dropping to the ground "mom" was all I could mutter. "Your a demigod. I am your father thanatos the God of Death." I began to fall clutching my head. "Embrace the pain. Let it envelope you." Thanatos said happily finally appearing as a human. "Humph Robert Downey Jr." I joked noteing his apperence the pin going away. "I feel good." I said jumping into the air. "I'm..... flying!" i yelled doing a backflip. "Would you like to know your powers?" My father asked smiling. "Hell. Yeah," I said standing up.
