Rachel had been around the campus all day spreading the news about the party at the manor Rosenheim Mansion. She was given a few funny looks, and she decided to dig into why. Turns out the house had a reputation, and she knew exactly why. She felt guilty for wanting to leave so soon, but she couldn't control it. It wasn't her fault she could hear them.

Of course she came across past oweners of the house whilst researching. Some interesting figures. Charles Montgomery, the original owner of the house. As soon as she heard the name, it clicked, just like that. He was one she could hear, so clearly. It was like she had an almost connection with him now. Well, of course she did, she knew more about him then most people did, considering she read the whole wikipedia page.

Rachel had been told she was a medium, but her research told her different. Being her curious and naturally intrigued self, she couldn't resist to learn more about this. That was the day she discovered she had 'Extra-sensory perception of events and thoughts,' and also was taking on the role of an intermediary between the world of the living and the world of spirit.

Her friend, Connie Curry, who would be moving into the house with her and Faxon very soon, promised to tell all her friends about the party. Luckily she had friends everywhere.

"I'm sure it's going to be amazing, but you have no time to prepare. You need booze, lots of it, and doesn't that house have a loud of antique  stuff?" Connie  asked, sipping on the coffee drink she treated herself to. Rachel didn't think of any these things. "Will you help me?" Rachel asked, no, she pleaded.

It didn't take much persuasuion for Connie to agree, "Sure. I mean, it's my house too, right?" She giggled excitedly. "Right" Rachel repeated with a wide smile on her face.

Vivien took watch on the Bannister, looking down on the boy moving his boxes into the hallway. He was young, fresh looking.  In a way reminded her of Violet, except you could tell he was alive. Violet was still beautiful, but something in her just dulled now.

The blonde boy was talking on the phone, quite loud too, but Vivien still couldn't make out what he saying. She spotted Violet looking down on the Bannister from the other side. Her gaze met Violet's only for a second. "It's fine, Mom, I'm not going to mess with him this time" She explained to her mother who had just folded her arms.

"By mess with you mean use for sexual activity then haunt, too right you're not" Vivien did one of those parental head shakes, the ones that said 'we never used to do that in my day.' Vivien used to feel old saying that, but, turns out, she wasn't.

She was worried able getting  wrinkles and crows feet beside her eyes, shrivelling up of old age while Ben fooled around with all these women, but she had nothing to worry about. Dying just about made her realize how beautiful she really was. "Mom, I'm almost eighteen now, lay off" Violet didn't mean that defensively, but there was something in her voice that sounded harsh.

Vivien's eyes returned to the boy, "Kinda cute, isn't he?" She wondered. "Mom!" Violet was still Violet, embarrassed even when no one was around, "Gross" She whispered loud enough for Vivien to catch and be offended. "College guys happen to love older women" Vivien teased more.

Violet went off to her room. She had learnt to not slam the door whilst storming off. You never know when people could be in the house. Moira, who was dusting one of the shelves across from Vivien, simply smiled. "So Moira, what are we going to do about this party, these kids talk of having?"

Moira kept her eyes on the shelf now, but spoke directly to Vivien, "Well what do we do best, Miss Harmon?" That got a small cackle out of her. Vivien smiled. Inside, she was panicking. How were they going to get everyone out of there house. They'd only ever been able to spook families, never whole college parties.
