The blonde looked at her reflection through the mirror. As the blue dress hugged tight around her waist she smiled adjusting the top.
"Rose are you ready?" the brunttee questioned
As the blonde heard her friends loud footsteps from the wooden stairs. Her head turned seeing her friend standing there looking her up and down.
"Rose come on Danny well be here in less than five minutes"
"I don't understand why I had to be apart of this double date" she mumbled grabbing her purse off the chair
"Don't worry Danny has a very cute friend and you might like him"
The blonde walked down the stairs hearing a gentle knock on the door. She watched her friend skip happily to the door opening it wide.
She saw the blonde in his uniform his smile appeared wide on his face looking down at the brunttee.
"Hello Rose" he uttered with a gentle smile
She looked away in disgust at the man before looking around his shoulder seeing nobody behind him.
"Where is your friend Danny?" the blonde questioned
"Uh he couldn't make it sorry Rose" he stumbled over his words putting a smile on to cover up
The blonde rolled her eyes sitting at the bottom step.
"Oh well I guess we could do double date tommrow" the brunttee mumbled
"No you guys can go I'm actually really tired" the blonde uttered
She looked at her friend reassuring her everything was fine.
"Okay then I guess we should be going" the soldier muttered but loud enough for them all to hear
"Be safe Lana" the blonde uttered before glaring at the man she watched her friend link arms with the soldier as they walked down the sidewalk
The blonde shut the door before walking over by the small mirror on the wall. She starred at her reflection noticing her brown eyes were slightly lighter then usual.
