Author-chan: I'm sorry I got your hopes up, okay?! I needed to let you know that I haven't given up on this.
Author-chan: Also I'm not dead.

Reader:
Reader: Fine. I'm still mad at you though. You left me at a cliffhanger and haven't updated for a long time. *puts hands on hips*
Author-chan: I know. I've been really busy with school recently. And I've also been hardcore procrastinating. ...that's one bad thing about me. I know that in the future, I won't release a chapter that ends with a cliffhanger until I've written the next chapter.
Hear me out guys. I will update soon. I'm not sure when exactly, but sometime soon. I've got the next chapter mostly planned out in my mind and I'll type it out when I get the chance.
(P.S. I wrote this chapter on a phone that is literally like tWo GODDAMN INCHES LOnG. IT wAS HELL.)
