After My saw my sister, I headed back to my spot next to my best friend, Ariana. " You did amazing Olivia!" Arie said as she pulled me into a hug.
"Thanks, but it was not perfect, my dismount wasn't hard enough" I replied. Before Arie could disagree we heard the announcer.
"Next up, on the beam, from the 17 year old division, Kaylee Kent" I cheered super loud at the sound of my sister's name. Her music started and her routine just flowed. She did not once stumble or fall. I watched as her dismount was just a single flip. When she stuck the landing I cheered as loud as I could and I saw her wink at me.
Finally it was awards time. Since it was just a normal meet and not a Championship. Top 10 got ribbons, Top 3 got medals, and top team got a plaque. My cousin Syla took 7th. Syla was nice, but she obsessed about her hair a lot which bugged me. Ariana took 5th. I cheered super loud. Finally they approached third. "In third place, Emily Bren from Anzinita Locos. I held my breath, thus was it. First obviously went to Amanda Quen from Tornado Turns. " In second place, Olivia Kent from Force Flyers. I ran up to get my medal. They zoomed through the divisions and my sister took second like me. When they got to the teams, I was not surprised when I heard Tornado Turns, they won every meet. And that was the exact reason why I needed to get that full out off of the beam
