It was a nice Autumn day. I woke up and glanced at my calendar, today was talent show tryouts. Every year our school hosted a talent show over at Shade Hills retirement home. I was trying out for the gymnast part, and Ariana was trying out for the rhythmic gymnastics part ( We did not want to go against each other) I put on a Polka dot shirt, a pair of jeans, and threw my purple gymnastics uniform and a pair of shorts into my backpack. I was ready. My mom dropped me off at Maple Junior High, before dropping Kaylee and my brother Jason. I was a 7th grader and my school was 7-8th grade. My brother was in 10 th grade and my sister was in 12th at Pine Top High School. As I got out of the car and near my locker I saw Ariana. I waved at her and she waved back. I unpacked, and headed to first period, Spanish. Ariana had three classes with me. Math, S.S., and Math Competition. As I sat through useless Spanish class with our lifeless teacher Ms. Nick, I thought about tryouts, and how I could not wait!!!!!
