"Fall Pumpkins"

When the cool fog
rolls in,
Red leaves cascade
down,
The orange pumpkins
smile back,
Next to the freshly
made pies.

A/N: This is just a short poem I wrote with a group in my American Lit class about this time of year. The formatting is different than how I usually write, but I kinda like it. Sorry for not updating this much, but hopefully that'll change soon. That is, if I get back into writing poems and not long stories :/
