chapter 2 Meeting Boba Fett

Snart's POV

"Professor This is the place" I call out  as Stein pulled up in a convertible with the black guy from the roof asleep. "I see your friend threw himself a going away party" mick jokes as he looked at the guy asleep on stein's front seat "yes I believe he drank something that didn't quite agree with him" Stein Answers . "you don't look too happy to be here" I stated talking to the girl who was on the roof with the short guy "perceptive" she replies.  " well i see you've all decided to come"rip States rhappily" Oh then we could be on our way" he continued. "I ain't footing it any where" I said as he walked away. "Now as a time master our sacred charge is to do no harm to the time line,can you imagine what a time ship would look like in Victoria England. " Oh" said Stein as he mumble a scientific phrase about camouflage."Indeed" rip answers  as he pressed a button and out of no where appeared this huge machine which left everyone startled. "Its called the wave rider and its been my ship for over decades"  Rip informs  as he gestured for us to hop on board as he turns and walk towards the ship leaving us standing there mesmerized before Sarah steps forward and shake us back in the real world and move towards the ship. Mick gets stopped by stein who asked him to take the unconscious kid inside. "Whatever you used to roofie him I want some" mick growls  " I didn't roofie him" stien argues  as we entered the main department. Inside there is a long table with chairs with heaty duty straps. " How those a vessel of this size opparate without a crew?" Stien questions . "I don't need one I have Gideon" rip Answers as a holographic face appeared out of nowhere, welcome aboard I am Gideon an interactive artificial consciousness programmed  to opparate this vessels critical system and aid  captain  hunter in  his  mission. "captain?" I questioned. "Gideon has been  working with me on locating vandal  savage" i thought you said he is pretty active in the 22 century" Raymond added. "perhaps engaging savage at the height of his power isn't the best strategy."Stein answers  before rip could say another word.

"indeed, unfortunately savage has kept his movement hidden throughout history,not even Gideon can tell where and when we can locate him but I have the next best thing the man who can. Professor Aldous  Boardman is the worlds leading well only expert on vandal savage. We are going to pay him a little visit."
   

     " I suggest you all strap yourself in temporal navigation is  is something no one wants to be standing up for" rip States as we all  make our way towards  a seat. "Time travel it sounds cool" said mick as we fasting our heavy duty  And listen to rip explain that we might experience some slight discomfort.
"What!" Kendra Exclaims as rip press a few buttons and the ship jumped into life and starting shaking." Oh Jefferson am so glad you are awake I didn't want you to miss this"  Stein mumbles  as the guy from the roof starting waking up."what the" he shouts as he tried to unfasten the straps. " I would trouble those if I were you"rip  instructs."good luck explaining this" Sarah jokes "I did him a favour"Stein calls back. "He doesn't look all that great full"I added. "Just hang on and remain calm for your world is about to change"  rip mutters  as a bright light engulfs us and everything went black. "welcome to the 70s" rip yells  as the engine stopped and I hear puking and see mick hanging over the edge of his chair. "Oh nausea is one of the side effects of time travel"rip said unconcernedly. Mick's puking continues as ray tries to get up and fall,"slight vertigo is quite normal". "I can't see Stein calls out waving his arm in front his eyes "Oh temporary blindness will pass".
  

    "Now you three feel free to make yourself comfortable on the ship"rip smirked  as he looked in the direction of Sarah,Mick and I. "While the rest of you are coming with me to find professor board-. "Wait wait" mick interrupts  "your benching us" "I thought we we were a team"Sarah added. "This mission doesn't require your particular skill set yet"rip explains . "Meaning he doesn't need anyone killed, maimed or robbed." I explained trying to shut them up. "Indeed" replied rip sarcastically.

  "Are you sure its a good idea to leave these two unsupervised on a time ship?"
Ray asks  . "hey haircut" growls Mick "deafness wasn't one of the side effects" "we better hurry up professor Boardman will die in less than 24 hours" rip mutters  as he ignore them and walk away leaving Stein asking jax if he is coming " no I'll stay put" replied Jefferson angrily, " so you prefer to stay with them?" Ask stein "they didn't drug me " he replied firmly with his hands crossed over his chest. "Suit yourself" said stein as he walked out." Am I the only one on this ship  who could use a drink? I say we go get weird in the 70s" said Sarah with happiness in her voice "excellent idea" I scoffed  as I turned to look at her.
I have the perfect outfit" she said as  she  walked off." Perhaps captain hunter was unclear with his instructions to remain onboard" said Gideon as we stood up, "shut metal mouth" said mick as we starting walking. "Oh you are not quite ready to run with this crew sorry kid" I said stopping jax as we make our way towards the door. " so your just gonna leave me here" he retaliated, "I said I'll take care of you" I called out as we made our way through the door.

     "Dollar beers you gotta love the 70s" said mick as he returned with three bears. " wanna listen some music?" Asked mick as he hand us a beer each and make his way towards the jukebox. "Wanna dance Leonard?"asked Sarah as the music started playing. "you Go right ahead and I'll just watch". "Suit yourself" said called out as she hand me her beer. After a few seconds of dancing a big dude walked up to her and they started an argument which soon turned out in a fight. "I've got this" she said as I was about to help her. In no time she put him to ground and out of no where came five other to join the little party."now I could stand for a little help" she called out. I flung the beers to the ground and mick grab a stool and join in the action. "I love the SEVENTIES!!" Roared mick as he punch a guy in the face. "We gotta go I shouted as I toss a guy on top of  the jukebox. "I am ready to go too"shouted Sarah as she duck the blows of a guy."Let's go mick" I called over my shoulder as I made my way towards the bar door. "The car park is this way" I called out as I finished hot wiring a car, "get us out of here!" shouted mick a he took a seat beside Sarah and we hit the road. 'Drive!"shouted Sarah "what does it look like am doing" I called back as I pushed down on the accelerator causing the car to go a whopping 100km/hr. I can slow down no- i paused, as the ship came in view. The meadow where we landed was a physical warfare between Carter, Kendra, rip and a guy in a weird looking suit and with a black mask. "speed up" instructed mick "they look like they could use a little help" added Sarah. Screech! Came the sound of the brakes as I swung the car to a halt in the side of the dude in the ugly outfit. "We go out for one lousy drink and you guys some how managed to pick a fight with boba fett" I called out as I removed my cold gun from its holster and watch as the atom and firestorm join us in the action. "Aw" came the groans from an old man kneeling down clutching his bloody stomach "we'll get you out of here" said the hawks as they ran to his aid.
  Ha ha I laughed as I blast boba  fett "die you fool" called Mick as he sent him a fire blast and we make our way back to ship. "prepare the med bay to receive professor Boardman and get us out of here." Instructed rip."Course heading?" Questioned Gideon, "anywhere but here!" rip shouted as the door closed and the wave rider took off.
