    "Our cloaking shield has been significantly damaged"Gideon warns as we glide through the time stream,"I can see that"rip replies as he got up from his chair." Station us in the temporal zone while I work on repairs" he continues as he made his way from the main department into his study, "temporal zone?"ray questions with a puzzled look on his face. "Yea its precisely a time limbo" rip answers as he took up his tool bag " we can hide out there for a bit another temporal jump would risk revealing our position" he continues as he returns to the main department."Time limbo astonishing" Stien calls with amusement in his voice, "another thing you people don't know about time considering none of you have ever time traveled before." he argues "bringing a family member from the past on to a time ship we've barely began and this is the worst unmitigated disaster of my career" he continues as he turns around to a right hook from Kendra. Ha ha I laughed as I walked up to carter " I see why you got the Hawks for that one" I joke as kendra grab rip by the collar an shove him against the wall. "My son is hurt because. of you who attacked us?" She questions with a strong dose of seriousness in her voice.

      "Something of a long story" he answers with a sigh. "Better tell it fast rip cause it doesn't look like the lady is in a patient mood" snart raises his voice as he jumps to his feet," neither am I" carter adds with coldness in his voice. seeing that it is impossible to retaliate he explains" his name is chronos  he works for the council of time masters, my former employers "I thought you were a time master"Sarah calls on top of her voice " as I've expressed time is not a
lenient thing at some point in time I was in fact a time master"he continues as he walks  towards Sarah who threw him another punch. " will you people stop hitting me" he raises his voice as he backs away,"start telling the truth" she commands with her assassin side on full display. " I relinquished my position as a time master and steal the wave rider he explains. "Chronos was clearly sent to bring me in" he continues with streaks of sorrow in his voice and then there was a long pause. "You lied to us?" Asks a disappointed Stien " of course I lied to you I needed your help  you all barely said yes". "What about the legends part" enquires a disappointed jax," you lied about  that too didn't you" snart adds with a face of sadness. "I chose you all because a 100 years from now your lives have a minimal effect on the recorded timeline" he explains with a hopeless look on his face "I needed your help without disturbing the history of 2166". "So we are like the opposite of legends?"jax Enquires ," give me one good reason why we shouldn't kill you?" I ask with my arms crossed over my chest.

           "Because Gideon wouldn't listen to your command and you would be stuck here forever" he answers. "Great we are not an elite team of heroes on a sanction mission sent to rig out the future of its most horrific bad guy we are just a collection of nobodies who time doesn't give a damn about" ray shudders,  " I didn't lie about the mission" rip replies trying to make us feel better " or the ruthlessness of savage or my need for your help." "I don't imagine you're the type of guy who quits his job and take on this kind of threat for altruistic reasons so Rip why don't you tell us what did vandal savage do to you" enquires a curious ray. " the time Masters discouraged marriage, they urged against procreation even more. A time master should be free of any personal entanglements that might compromise him but I fell in love and we had a child a boy Jonas". "Savage killed your family?" Ray asks  with a bit of empathy in his voice "he slaughtered my family and thousands of other families and the body that I sworn over to serve turned a blind eye; they continue to turn a blind eye I won't. The last thing my child saw in this world was that monster's face, you can be damn well sure that when Savage dies the last face he'll see is mine. I'll understand if you wants to go home we can make the jump when the repairs are all done and if and when professor Boardman stabilizes. "I think we all need time to consider our options"Stein mumbles as we all walked away with a look of sadness on our face.
 

       " Seems an apology is in order" Stein calls as he walks towards Jefferson who was sitting in the hallway "what I did was wrong I shouldn't have forced you to come a long but for me the opportunity to travel through time an see the universe reveals it self you know I've spent my whole life Studying" "please do not key count on physics right now" Jefferson replies with a slight smile."Mr Hunter was offering a grand adventure and a my age you never know how many adventures you have left. " hey I saw you out there dancing on to the ship with that chronos guy shooting at you I think you've got plenty of adventures left. Said Jefferson as he jumps to his feet. Stien answers  in a regretful tone. "What if I don't wanna go home yet, I me-"
Jefferson replies "why the change of heart" Stien interrupts. "You ever played football?" Jefferson questions. Just by the look on Stein's face he already knew the reply"ha yea I didn't think so" Jefferson continues" anyway the best felling I've ever had from being on the field  isn't when I made a great play or when we won some game, it was when one of my teammates took a tackle for me and I knew they were gonna make sure I was safe.
