Chapter 40

Reader's Pov

"Did you miss me?" the giant squid said, you got madder. "I can't believe it." you said. "Oh so you've met my lord before?" Sky's twin brother said but you didn't say anything but got angry. Sky didn't say anything either. "Now that I'm free I will take down this kingdom and then the world." the giant squid said and then flew up and broke the ceiling then Sky's brother followed him. You and Sky looked and you just got more mad. "Dammit!" Sky said.

Sky's Pov

"Dammit!" I said when I saw that my ceiling broke, my brother left and that he left with the cracken. I looked over at (F/N) who was still looking at the broken ceiling, I was gonna say something but then I saw something growing on her back. I kept on looking until her clothes started to rip and reveled wings and not just any wings but dragon wings. They were (F/C) wings and once they were fully grown before I could say anything she took off and started to chase after the cracken and my brother. "Awesome!" I said then I ran outside.

Jin's Pov

We were fighting the squids when a big shadow covered the area, we looking up into the sky and saw that it was the cracken and Sky's brother. I then saw Sky running out of the castle. "Sky what's going on?" I asked him. "My brother set the cracken free but don't worry" he said. "Why?" I asked but then I saw someone or something rushing to them. Sky looked too. "Because (F/N) already on her way to them." Sky said smiling, I just kept on looking up and soon so did everyone else.

Reader's Pov

"Stop!" you yelled at Sky's twin brother and the giant squid, they turned and looked at you. "Well well well your power has gotten stronger over the years. Good, that means it will be a lot fun this time." the giant squid said. "I killed you before and I can do it again." you said. "Well you didn't kill us, we're right here alive now aren't we." Sky's brother said, you got mad. "You know what to do." the giant squid said to Sky's brother, he then looked at you and started to charged at you. You charged at him as well and when you were close to contact you put out your fist and punched him in the stomach. You stood their and watched him fly off until you heard a big BANG. Then it was only you and the giant squid.

Sky's Pov

I saw my brother go flying off, I hopped onto the closes horse and rushed to where he was. Deep into the forest I saw a big hole with steam coming out, it seemed like an astroyed crashed into earth. I got off the horse and looked into the hole where their I saw him, my brother passed out with a lot of holes in his clothing and steam coming off of him. I went down the hole and saw that he was still breathing, sadly. I took out my sword and was about to kill him when I saw him open his eyes and said, "Heh go ahead, kill me." "This would've never happen if you just listened to me." I said. "What was I supposed to know and its not liked you cared, you never did." I sighed. "You have no idea what I tried to do for you, do you?" I said, he looked confused. I lowed my sword and sat down on the dirt, he was way to injured to get up right away so I had time to explain to him.

(the word from starting here Sky is saying in a narrative of his and his brothers pasts and the " are them talking when they were little)

You probably don't remember but when we were little we used to be so close. It was fun but then that day when we were playing outside, it changed everything. "Big bro? Wh-What's happening to me?" "I-I don't know, j-just stay here I'll get mom and da-" "No!!" was the last thing you said then your eyes changed and you....you turned into the person you are now.

Me and my brother both sat their saying nothing, I mean I don't blame him. I just told him what happened when we were little. "I tried to find a quire but I couldn't." I said and he didn't say anything. "Heh funny story brother but you know that I still want to kill you and everyone you love and I wont stop until I do." he said. "I know that's why i told you, so you know before I end this once and for all." I said and stood up, walked next to him, took my sword and smashed it into his chest. Blood flew everywhere but I didn't care, all I cared about now is to kill the cracken. I got on my horse and rushed back to the castle to help (F/N) with the blood of my youngest brother on my hands.
