Chapter 3-The Common Room

Hermione's P.O.V

She led us all the way to this secret passage near the ravenclaw common room that I never knew was there and showed us a portrait of Professor Dumbledore and said, "Albus will be guarding your common room for the year,the password is Hippogriff."

"I suggest you don't let anyone know where your common room is for many reasons do I make myself clear."

"Yes Professor," I said,and then mcgonagall stared at malfoy.

"What?" I said do I make myself clear Mr.Malfoy. "Whatever," he said.

"Very well, please behave yourselves and act mature as you are old enough to already know this."

"Well I'll be on my way, I'll be seeing you ms.Granger, Mr.Malfoy," she said as she walked away down the corridor.

I stepped in front of malfoy and said, "Good evening Professor dumbledore."

"There's no need to call me Professor anymore Ms.Granger, call me Albus," he said, then looked over at malfoy.

"Very nice to see you Mr.Malfoy, you've grown so much since our . . . last encounter."

I looked over at malfoy and saw a flash of sadness cross his face then back to normal as quick as it had came. There last encounter had been when malfoy was assigned by voldemort to kill Dumbledore .

"Nice to see you to," Malfoy said, and then nothing.

"Hippogriff" I said after an long awkward silence.

Dumbledore swung the door open and I stepped in a gasped. It was beautiful gold and silver wallpaper covering the room and a fire place on the far side of the room, there were beautiful leather black couches across from each other in front of the fireplace, and on the right wall were two doors I was curious to open and look inside, and in between them was a large bookcase, I jumped up and down with excitement, until I got startled when malfoy said looking at me "Whats gotten into you Granger" then he looked up.

"Its beautiful," I said 

"Look Granger I didn't come here to chit chat with you, stay out of my way, and never try and talk to me I don't talk to filth like you."

I ignored him and went to the left door, and to my surprise it was malfoys, he had a black 4 poster bed, that matched with his walls, and silky black sheets, and beautiful green curtains flowing around the bed, and a wooden dresser across the room, right beside a door I had not noticed when I first walked in.

"I believe this is your room malfoy," I said with disgust and turned around, and to my surprise he was already standing behind me, looking disgusted because I had touched his doorknob.

I walked out of his deathly gaze and walked to the other door which i expected to be my room.My room looked identical to his except that my walls were scarlet, and my bed was a gold color, and that same door was beside my dresser, so i walked over to my bed put my luggage down and walked over to the door.

I look in, and it was the bathroom with a door on the other end, WE SHARE THE SAME BATHROOM, Ithought.

I sighed and walked into the living room to find malfoy already there staring into the fire, I walked to the other couch opposite of malfoy and sat down and did the same.
