DEFINITIONS OF DIFFERENT STORIES

NUMBER

1. ONE SHOT STORY – One-shot means only updated once, only read once, only written once. It means that as a reader, you don't have to wait for an update and as a writer; you don't have to add-on another chapter. According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, "that is complete or effective through being done or used or applied only once; that is not followed by something else of the same kind"

2. SHORT STORY – a story which is composed of few chapters. "A short written story usually dealing with few chapters, a short work of fiction; an invented prose narrative shorter than a novel usually dealing with a few characters and aiming at unity of effect and often concentrating on the creation of mood rather than a plot", Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

3. TRILOGY- stories on which the writer ended three books. A writer has its ending on each book or just left the first two books as hanging. It depends on the writer for how many chapters do each story or book composed. "It is a series of three dramas or literary works or sometimes three musical compositions the same characters or themes" according to Merriam-Wester Dictionary

STYLE

1. SERIES – to write a series, there's a need of familiarity so that the readers could easily find the story which is related to that another story. Another story means another character of the same origin. For example, I have one series entitled "EMRAGE University's Pop Students." Under that series are five stories of mine with five different pair or leading man or woman like EUPS 1: Soundless Love, EUPS 1.2: Is Love Enough? whose leading woman is Aiesha; EUPS 2: My Crush whose leading woman is Cairine her bestfriend, etc. It depends on you if you would want to put a number in order to inform the readers of the sequence of your writings or stay as it is as like "EUPS" only with no "1" or "2." If you wanted another series that is still related to that first series that you wrote, you can write the second generation or another sets of friends, students, etc.

2. FUSED– it is usually composed of more characters with more than one story in one book. Characters are equally or fairly written on their point of views on their different story. For example of that is "Nursing Students: Five In One," there are five leading woman in the story with different story to tell. These five casts' story should not be left hanging when the story goes to an end.

3. FOCUS – a story of one person, one family or one pair if it's a love story. It is a simple story usually with no complications aside from the necessary people to complete the story and the antagonists if there are many
