"Erika its for you !! " her mum shouted walking away from the door and headed to clean up the mess her father had made with his pancakes. Erika walked hastily to the front door all the while wondering who it would be , she was filled to the brim with anxiety and fear that it could be a bully who had found out where she lived . As she got to the door she recognised the heartwarming smile of Tanith . " HEY" tanith shouted happily " i was walking home today and saw you walk in here , i was too slow too say hi but we are neighbours!!" . "Heeey , i didnt realise you actually ....well wanted to talk to me." Erika hummed quietly ." "OFCOURSE i want to talk to you , you seem like such a cool person and the way you can just ignore people fills me with envy " Tanith cheered. "Oh " Erika grinned . Taniths mum shouts her away and she leaves giving Erika a quick hug before hopping to her house joyfully "bye" Erika whispered and closed the door slowly leaning against it.
Erikas foot still hurt a bit but she could walk fine now , she decided to go for a walk and maybe ask tanith too go too maybe she could show tanith around she thought . Erika pulled on her ripped skinny jeans and her black panic ! At the disco shirt and a black bomber jacket and tied her hair up she shouted a goodbye to her father who waved cheerfully back and shouted "no kissing girls !!" . " i wont " Erika shouted back and mumbled " no promises " . Erika stepped out of the house and put her headphones in playing her favourite song : ride by twenty one pilots . She hummed the tune as she walked over to Erikas door and went to knock her hand paused and she stood thinking she should do this "DO IT" she screed in her head and she knocked on the door just loud enough for someone to hear .
