You wold have 2 or 3, and ill use 3 in my example; green, yellow, red. Green is for you are good, yellow is for nearing limit, red is for limit. Ex: if you are ever doing something with him and he does something and you are a bit uncomfortable with it but not that bad, so you would consider continuing if he basically doent add any more kink you would say yellow so he knowsyou are bering you limit, so he can try to avoid that happening. Red is for when you pass your limit and you reach that 'this isnt okay with me im going to flee' where you beed to stop and calm down and go do something else, you would say red to tell him that. Green is used of he is ber concerned and askes how you are and you use this system, if you are happy with every thing and good to continue, you would say green.
