Eves POV

*dream*

He was coming. I kept running but I could never get away. No matter how fast I ran he would always catch me.

*dream end*

I woke up and frowned. It had been exactly a year since I saw Jerome. I hadnt even gotten to say goodbye. Herobrine was one of those people who one second he'll be as nice as pie the next as horrible as hell. Ive gotten used to it by now I suppose. I slumped dowbstairs and Herobrine said chirply "Good Morning!"

"Umph." Was my reply. I am NOT a morning person. He chuckled then I remembered something. 6 months ago Herobrine said I could gp and see Jerome every year. On the 6th December. I ran to the kitchen and checked the date. It was the sixth. I quickly grabbed some toast then rushed back upstairs to get ready. 'What to wear, what to wear...' I pondered in my head. I picked out some jeans, a 3/4 length blouse and my black boots. I came back downstairs in the space of five minutes and sang "When are you taking me to see Jerome?!" He sighed.

"We will go now." He muttered something and he teleported me to Jerome. "Ill be back at nightfall" He said then teleported away.

Jeromes POV

I had been living well. I had broken out of the castle, which was apparently not pick proof and I was back at my tree home. I had full iron armor and a half used iron axe. I also have a new iron pick and a iron shovel. I was going in search of a final diamond. I was going to try and make Betty. It was about an hour later when I came out of the mines and I had no diamonds. I was tired and dirty. I reached my home and found my two blocks that enters my house open. I rushed in and there, sitting on my bed. I blinked. She just sat there. She smiled and stood up. She was taller than I remembered. She looked more mature, like the Eve I knew had been replaced by someone I didnt know at all. We just stood there for about a minute when I gave up. I rushed over to her and kissed her she kissed back and then we just sat, just like the old days, with her curled up in my arms. She sighed. "Whats the matter?" I said kissing the top of her head. "I only get to see you once a year. Herobrine says." I looked at her and said and you just let him do that to you?!" She shook her head. She opened her mouth but didnt speak. "What I think she was trying to say, was that she slapped me." I turned round slowly. I faced those empty white eyes I had been told to fear, but I felt no fear, just hate. He had kept my Eve from me for a year, just for his own selfish needs. I tensed up and Eve must have seen because she stood next to me and grabbed my paw, squeezing it gently. "Im not leaving." Eve said defiantly. "I know." Herobrine replied. Eve raised her eyebrow and said jokingly "Who are you and what have you done with Herobrine?" He didnt answer just teleported away. She turned to me then and said "I guess thats the end of our adventures then" I smiled and nodded.

This is a note for our child. By now we have deemed you old enough and clever enough to know our lives and secrets. We felt that having you read it from a book was better than us telling you. We love you. Never let anyone put you down.

*3rd person*

Bryanne closed the book and smiled. Her parents were at the door of the conservatory smiling too. What she had just read made her problems about history projects nothing. It was amazing.
