After a long morning of settling in and explaining to Mrs. Sawada what really happened, you were finally all set. Tsuna had gone off to school which just left you and Mrs. Sawada. Deciding it would be rude to stay here and not do anything you started helping with chores around the house. You began with helping Mrs. Sawada clean the dishes.
"My my (Y/N)-chan it seems like the last time I saw you, you were just a little girl."
"Yeah, being back here brings back so many mermories." you continued to help wash all the dirty plates in front of you. Your mind slowly drifting off into your own world. You still felt kind of bad about just barging in and staying here. If only there was a way to pay them back.
"Um... I can't thank you enough for letting me stay here Mrs. Sawada. If there's anything I can do to repay you-"
"Nonsense! You are like a daughter to me. Besides if you didn't stay here where else would you go?"
You stayed silent knowing that she had a point. You didn't have any connections in Japan so no one here really knew you.
"Hey, (Y/N)-chan, do you know how to cook?"
You blushed in embarrassment and shook your head no. Being an assassin didn't require you to cook or anything (well it's different in Bianchi's case) so you never really mastered the skill. Mrs. Sawada simply smiled and took out her cookbook.
"Then let me teach you."
~Timeskip to after school~"Mom! I'm home!" Tsuna called out as he entered his house. Behind him were his two companions, Gokudera and Yamamoto. There noses were filled with the scent of a delicious home cooked meal. As the three friends entered the dining room, in front of them lay a feast of (name whatever you want).
"Wow... Mom you made all this?"
"Oh Tsu-kun you're home. Looks delicious right? I had a little help though."
"Please don't tell me my sister helped.." said Gokudera as he could already feel the pain in his stomach just thinking about Bianchi.
"Mrs. Sawada where do you want me to put the- Oh hey Tsuna! Welcome home." you smiled as you couldn't help but feel proud about your work.
"Tsuna, who's the cute girl?" asked Yamamoto smiling slyly at Tsuna.
"You guys this is (Y/N). She is my old friend and will be staying here for a while.""Yo, I'm Yamamoto Takeshi, pleasure to meet you." he said as he held a wide grin.
"Same here." you replied. You turned to Tsuna's other friend and your smile immediately faded. You gave him a death glare as he gave you one back.
"Tch, it's you."
"Nice to see you too Hayato." you said with sarcasm laced in your voice.
"Wait, you two know eachother?" Tsuna asked confused.
"Yeah, they ran into each other in Italy once." said Reborn appearing out of nowhere.
"Ciasso~"
"Um... Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto are you guys gonna stay for dinner?"
"Of course! I can't leave the tenth with this crazy woman"
"Well at least I don't blow everything up like a maniac!" you retorted. It looked like war was about to break out between you and Gokudera.
"Why don't we just eat dinner now everyone." said Yamamoto trying to calm down the steaming Gokudera.
"Good idea."After a dinner filled with delicious food, death glares, and a sweat dropping Tsuna, Gokudera and Yamamoto finally went home.
Tsuna sighed as he closed the door and headed up stairs to where Reborn was. (you were in your room preparing for tomorrow *wink* *wink*) Tsuna plopped down on his bed exhausted from another day at school. (Running from Hibari, calming down Gokudera etc.) Tomorrow though, Tsuna wasn't expecting the day to become even crazier.
