Chapter 12- In love

Chanyeol POV

I was lying in bed wide awake. I couldn't fall asleep although walking around in the forest for a few hours. My head kept replying when Baekhyun grabbed onto my arms and when he looked so scared.

Thump thump thump

What is wrong with me? Am I really falling in love with him? What exactly is love? I am really confused. I can't fall in love with him. I mean, I rejected him just less than a month ago and now I am the one that likes him. Oh god, this is turning really weird.

After tossing around in bed, I still couldn't sleep. I was getting frustrated and decided to go to the balcony to get some fresh air. I stood at the balcony gazing at the stars. It was really beautiful. I was mesmerizd with the stars when someone appeared behind me.

"Chanyeol?" I turned around and saw Baekhyun.

"Oh Baekhyun!" I smiled at him. He walked beside me.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Oh! I couldn't sleep so I'm here to get some fresh air. You?" I replied.

"I was getting water when I saw you here." I nodded my head. Then awkward silence filled the air. I decided to break the silence.

"The stars tonight are really pretty." I said smiling.

Baekhyun looked up in awe. "Wah! Jinja yeppeune!" He gasped. Then we went back to silence. I smiled at his angelic smile. I guess I really like him. Well, I sorted out my feelings after getting fresh air and I concluded that I like Baekhyun. Yup, I am very sure. But I am not confessing. I believe that he he already got over me so I shall keep this in my heart, maybe forever.

This time, Baekhyun broke the silence. "Chanyeol-ah, about yesterday night..... Urm... Can we just forget about it?" He stuttered. I forze when I heard about yesterday night. After I regained my senses, I nodded my head.

"Yeah sure. I was planning not to tell anyone too." I said.

Baekhyun smiled and nodded. "That's great then. Come on, let's go back in, we have a lot of activities tomorrow." Baekhyun said and went back into the room. I sighed. After he cleared things uo, he didn't want to talk to me. I just wanted to be good friends with me. I want to stay by his side although he will never return my feelings. I want to care for him. After Baekhyun went in, I stayed at the balcony for a while before heading in.

The next morning

"Chanyeol-ah! Time to wake up! Ppali!" I heard a voice shouting. I slowly opened my eyes and rubbed it. I sat up and checked the clock. Oh shit, I am going to be late for the activities! I got up immediately and ran to the toilet, grabbing my clothes.

I was ready in 10 minutes. Ok, that was kinda fast. No?

"Yah, why didn't you wake me up earlier?" I whined.

Baekhyun chuckled. "Yah, Don't blame me! You were the one who slept like a pig and refused to wake up! I could have just let you sleep, you know?" Baekhyun pouted.

I laughed and pinched his cheeks. "Arrasso arraso. Gomawo." I teased him.

He smacked my hand away. "Don't touch my precious cheeks!" He joked and I laughed. He really cuteee!

"Ok! You will be playing beach volleyball today! You will be playing against another group staying in a different chalet. You can choose the group you want to play against it. But please choose quickly if you want to have more time to play! Now go!" Our teacher instructed.

We were very soon crowded with girls wanting to play with us. This is annoying.

"Chanyeol oppa!"

"Baekhyun oppa!"

"Play with us! Please!"

Yes. That was what I heard. I rolled my eyes and rejected. There was no way we were playing with girls. I mean, they would probably not play and just flirt right?

We just randomly chose a boy group to play with and quickly settle down to begin playing. I suddenly remembered that Baekhyun had an injured ankle but he seemed very excited to play.

"Baekhyun-ah, how is your ankle? Are you sure you can play?" I asked worriedly.

"Ne! Don't worry!" He replied cheerfully. I smiled and nodded. I should just take note of him during the game.

I was basically looking at him during all the activities. Just looking at him made me happy. Seeing him smile makes my day. I wish I could stay like this forever. Having him by my side.
