You finally found the perfect house to start your college life in Australia. Sure you would have to share the house with 4 other people but you have your own room and bathroom so you should be fine. You've sent all your stuff over now it's your time to go. " Meredith wake up!!" Your mother yelled from downstairs. You quickly got up and got in the shower after that you got dressed(in sweats and a tank top wanting to be comfortable for the long trip ahead. You grabbed your carry on bag and ran downstairs. "Good morning mum" you said she replied with a smile. You could see she was a bit upset about you having to leave. You two got into the car and she drove you to the airport. You both got out of the car and your mum couldn't hold back. She kissed your forehead and hugged tight. "Goodbye my little college girl " she said. You said "goodbye " and went into the airport and got through customs. You finally got on the plane and was on your way. You put in your headphones and the old man sleeping next to you fell asleep on your shoulder. You thought about how amazing this new start will be. So much shit has happened back in Canada and a new start was what's best. You also thought about your new college. You were one of the few people who made it into the Sydney school of preforming arts (SSPA). You were really nervous but super excited. Ever since you were a little girl you always loved to sing in front of people and this was your big chance. You eventually fell asleep on the plane because it is quite far away.
