Chapter 11

Samie

Oh my God!Let TJ live through this. After the incident,TJ was brought to the hospital. He's currently in the Emergency Room(ER). Only family are allowed to see him.

"Who is Samie here?"The doctor snapped me out of my reverie.

"Am here"I said quickly

"Taylor wants to see you"

I practically ran to ER 1. I just wanted to see TJ.To see if my boo was alright. Yeah my boo coz I think I like TJ. I stopped when I saw TJ, he has on the oxygen mask. I didnt know that I was crying until Mrs.James,TJ's mom talked.

"Dear,don't cry,its okay,he's going to be fine"

I wiped my tears and walked in.

"He has been asking of you"Mrs.James said smiling at me.

I walked slowly like a zombie towards the bed.

"Hey TJ" I said in a whisper

"Hey Love"

Love!He called me love.

I sat grinning like an idiot.

"How are you feeling?"

"Okay I guess"

He was smiling!

"So where are the fab team?" He chuckled

"Only family are allowed here, but we will come see you after school tomorrow"

We chatted for a while.TJ was laughing like nothing was wrong.His laughter rang in my ears like music. We were really enjoying each other's company when the doctor said we should leave, he needs to rest.

"Samantha"

"Yes?"

"Will you come see me tomorrow?"

"Ofcourse"

"Come with the Fab team especially Hassie" He smiled

"Why Hassie?"I asked raising an eye brow

"She's my fave person after you"

"Okay dont worry, See you tomorrow"

Next day in school

I was walking really slowly down the school hall. I was still thinking of TJ when suddenly out of no where the Fab team appeared.

"Are you guys some ghost or what?" I asked

"Well we called your name but you were too far in your dreamland to hear us" Skicy said

"So, how is TJ?"Xeesha asked making a puppy face.

Such a drama queen!

"He's okay I guess"

"Can we go see him after school today?"Hassie asked

"Yeah he wanted to see you guys especially you Hassie"

"Me? Oh my God! Really?"

"Yeah" I said rolling my eyes.

School was hectic as usual. Loads of assignments to be done.As I was thinking of how to divide my day, I heard the bell.

Thank God! I sighed

I called my girls and we left. We went to the florist first,we picked some flowers for TJ. I was thinking which one is TJ's favorite. We argued on Rose,Lily and Orchid. I finally settled for Orchid. We went back to the car and drove silently to the hospital.We walked to the receptionist.

"We are here to see Tyler James"Skicy said

"Okay, one of you should sign here"

I signed in for us and we went to ER section. As we were walking towards ER 1, we heard some noise. We quickened our steps.

"Isn't that Devonne and her clique?" Twinsis asked

"Yeah, she is the one, but why is she causing chaos?"

We walked closer and Hassie asked,

"What's going on here?"

"This person doesn't want to let us in" Sage answered

"Well maybe that's because TJ doesn't want to see you girls. Devonne you are the reason he's here. So do you think he would want to see you?"

With that we went into the room.Lots and lots of flowers and "get well soon" cards scattered around the room.

"And here comes my favorite people" TJ said smiling

"Hi TJ" We said at the same time.

"Hi Fab girls"

"Its Fab team" Twinsis corrected

"Well, I prefer Fab girls, Hey Samantha are those for me?"

"Yes, I hope you like it"

"Are u kidding me, Orchids are my favorite,thank you so much"

"Its my pleasure"

We chatted a little. My brother Tyler came along with Holfe,Nick,Kyle and Jason.

"Hy guys"

"Hy girls"

"Hey champ how are you feeling?" Holfe asked

"Seeing you guys makes me feel better"

"TJ, Devonne is causing chaos down the hall,dont you think you should let her in?" Nick asked

TJ thought for a while and said yes to let her in. She practically ran into the room and almost jumped on TJ. I ran to his side and shouted at her.

"Woman, watch where you are going. Are you nuts? Sending him to the hospital aint enough for you,huh?"

"Chillax sis,its okay"

"No its not,what if she...she"

I was crying. I dnt know why but I was. Jason who was closed to me hugged me.

"Shhh Samie, its gonna be alright"

TJ cleared his voice like he wants to say something.

"Nick help me up please"

He sat up and gestured towards me.

"Can you come here please?"

I staggered to his bedside and he began,

"Now that you are all here I think its better I say it in front of you"

What is it that he wants to say? We wondered.

He turned to my side and looked directly into my eyes and said something that was least expected.

"Samantha Montgomery, will you be my girlfriend?"
