tyler had no idea why he had gone through with it. he was beyond scared and definitely freaked out of his mind.

it took brendon five minutes of reassurance that tyler was okay. he told him he was just going on a walk after the call to get some stuff off of his mind.

brendon knew tyler was lying but he let it go deciding not to bother him anymore.

tyler neared the corner to the bar and walked in.

it wasn't fancy and such but it wasn't cheap either. it was a regular looking bar but with tons of drunk people sitting by the counter drinking away on a friday night.

"tyler." tyler's head snapped in the direction of the voice.

there sat josh with his green hair that was hidden by a hoodie and his hand cupped on a glass of alcohol.

"care to join?" josh smirked.

tyler shook all of the bad thoughts out of his head and put on an uncomfortable smile and sat down beside josh.

"here i'll buy you a drink." josh smiled.

what the fuck is happening, tyler thought in his head. the biggest serial killer in the city just called and asked for me to come to the bar to have a drink?
no he's probably going to end up killing me and then a week later my body would be found in an alley unidentified.

josh slid the drink to tyler waiting for him to take a sip.

tyler stared into josh's mocha eyes and took a drink under his uncomfortable stare, setting the glass back down.

"you don't talk much do you?" josh said raising an eyebrow.

not to psychopaths, tyler almost laughed at his thought. he liked to study serial killers and find out what they were thinking after they committed their crime.

but he'd rather do that at home, never once thinking he would actually run into one.

tyler just shook his head, thinking of a witty comment but then deciding not unless he wanted to die.

"hm, well i brought you a gift." josh reached into his bag and pulled it out, handing it to tyler.

it was a red and blue jacket that said 'property of joker'.

"joker?" tyler questioned.

"that's me."
