Bubble Gum Boy [BTS Taehyung Fic] [Completed]

Chapter 22

I saw a girl probably older than me but has the same height as me went somewhere to call Taehyung. I went to the changing room and put my uniform on. It was a purple sweater and a black sports pant. Pant suited me well but the sweater was big for me cebause of the long sleeves that were longer than my hands.

I went out of the changing room and started to pack some new books on the shelves. I didn't see Taehyung around when I look around to see his figure.

Why am I looking for him!?! Gosh!!

My inner thoughts said like that before shruggs it off to continue my work. I was having a hard time packing them because of the long sleeves of the sweater. So I tried to wrap the sleeve upwards which I failed doing it with my other hand as it was also covered with the sleeve.

Suddenly a pair of hands came from my behind trapping me between the person and the shelf. Then his hands wrapped my sleeves for me. I looked up to see who and then it happened to be Taehyung. I quickly looked down flushed and clenched my free hand that he wasn't holding. His chin was resting on my head while his chest touching my back which gave me sudden goosebumps.

"Stop being clumsy! You're just overreacting"

He said in a husky voice after wrapping my sleeves. I bit my cheecks inside feeling nervous as I started to help him to place the books.

Fifteen minutes elapsed unknowingly while we were packing the books inside the shelves.

"Heyyy look what I found..."

Suddenly Taehyung found something under one of the shelves and exclaimed. I stopped my work and looked at it and then it was a cute hair clip. A pink hair clip with a polka dots bow on it.

"This will suits you well. It looks so cute"

Before even I could think, he leaned closer to me titling his head and collected the bangs that was bothering me falling on my face. Then he clipped the hair clip through my hair making it looks like a front bump in my head. Surprisingly it fit well on my hair.

"Pretty". He said beaming me a smile before go to get another box of books.
My cheeks turned crimson red. My brain made me to touch the hair clip on my head. A slight smile was formed on my face as I look down fiddling my fingers together.

I was looking for Taehyung for almost ten minutes after he went to get another box of books to pack in the shelves but it didn't seem like he was going to come. I stood up from the tiled floor and went straight to the front of the shop to see him. Then I saw he was carrying a cute little girl who looked more like a 2 years old.

"Yoon Hee, this my grand daughter Hye Mi."

Mrs Jenna said with a proud voice but with a sweet smile looking at her adorable grand daughter.

"You two have a new task to do". She said taking off her glasses before continue.

"Bring her to the near by park. Come here @ 5:00 before her mom comes here to bring her home okay?"

She told us poking the litter girl's cheeks doing some aegyos at her. We both nodded and went out of the shop with Hye Mi.

Taehyung was doing many aegyos to make the baby smile like he is a well-experienced parent.

"Do you like kids this much?"

I asked him holding Hye Mi's little soft hands as my curiosity got the best of me.

"I love kids. They are super cute"

He said looking adorably at Hye Mi who was smiling widely.

"You want to carry her?". He asked stopping on his track. I was hesitating cebause I've never had carried a baby before.

"Don't be afraid. She is light. Try holding her"

He said softly encouraging me. So I reached my hands out to carry her which she gradually came for. She was incredibly light just like he said. I smiled to the sudden feeling and walked to the park with him. Taehyung rammaged his jeans pockets and took out a bubble gum before put it in his mouth. He chewed it for a little while when we made our way to the park. I sat on a bench that was in the park while Hye Mi was obediently sitting on my lap.

"Hey Hye Mi look at this"

Suddenly Taehyung made her face him and blew a bubble gum making her laugh so hard. Even myself laughed along with her hyping her up even more. He blew few more bubbles and popped them making some weird faces to make her smile.

"Argh they are blocking your face again"

He said in an annoying tone before bends his head down to my level as he was standing in front of me. Then he took off the hair clip that was on my head and collected all the bangs again which were blocking my face and refixed the clip through my hair.

"Thank you". I could mumble a light thank you looking down shy.

"It's nothing"  He said sitting beside me on the bench.

"Be right back, I'll get some ice cream"

After enjoying some time with Hye Mi laughing and clapping along, he stood up and went to the near by ice cream cart to buy some ice creams. Hye Mi was playing with my fingers when he was coming back with three ice cream cones in his hand. He gave one for me and one for Hye Mi before sit beside me.

As Hye Mi wasn't grown enough to eat it by herself, I fed her while eating mine. Taehyung was silent the whole time when he was eating the ice cream. So I thought to ask him something that I was curious about.

"How do you know my favourite ice cream flavor?"

"Well...I just guessed!?!" He stopped eating before answer half questioning me. Then he shifted his gaze towards Hye Mi who was eating the ice cream so deliciously and beamed a slight smile at her.

"Awww look at this young family ~ they look so cute together 😆"
