Naruto POV

It's been just over a year since I left the sand village with Sasuke and I can't say that it hasn't been difficult because it has, Kurama didn't really like Sasuke because of what he put me threw but after a few hours of me trying to convince him to at least giving him a chance and to not worry since that were taking it slow, that made him calm down slightly which I was grateful for since I don't want Sasuke to get hurt and he will especially by Kurama, so when all the shouting was done I showed Sasuke were he was sleeping and then we talked a part from those kisses in the sand village we haven't touched each other and that continued on being that way for a whole year because he needed to have an understanding about the whole mating thing

The best part of that year was that we got to know each other better and spent more time together we were talking instead of it being just about the sex, which when we were younger it was but now it's so different and I think that also helped Sasuke to not tense up every time he heard a loud noise, all throughout the demon world the news about me courting someone to mate spread like wildfire which gave me a headache when people was coming everyday to see who the Demon Lord had chosen for a mate.....lets just say it was annoying.

At the present moment I was walking through the city checking that everything was running smoothly, even though I have people to do these jobs I've figured out that I'd rather do them myself instead of staying in my office all day, I even sent Gaara a letter telling him to maybe try the same because that way he wouldn't get bored with actually doing the work when he changes what he does on different days I sighed "Naruto-sama" someone called I looked towards the voice and saw it was Suki I smiled softly "Suki, how are you" I asked politely she giggled "I'm doing good, is there any news about Haru and Kurama-sama" she replied but whispered the last part

At that I felt my shoulders drop I saw her eyes sadden "I don't understand I thought they..." she trailed off, I nodded "yes, you and me both but Haru is determined to avoid Ku as much has possible and unfortunately he's not in the best of moods because of it" I answered walking towards a small pond, she followed me and sat down "I just want him to be happy" she muttered softly "so do I but only Ku will ever truly make him happy, even if he mated with a female his heart would surely break and I don't want that to happen to him" I explained gently but all I want to do is grab the pair of them and bash their heads together to make them see that they are perfect for each other.

We stayed in silence for awhile before she started talking again "so how are you and Sasuke-sama" I turned my head and raised an eyebrow "we are doing good, I'm pretty happy were we are and I think he is as well" I commented slowly while smiling thinking back to how far we have come "I know many people don't often tell you this to your face but we're glad that your finally happy, when you came back with him none of us knew how to accept him because of the pain he caused you but after a while we saw the look in his eyes when he stared at you and we realised that you might not of being the only one who was hurting....so we decided to give him a chance if you cared about him then he must have some good inside of him" she replied staring into the water

I laughed out loud because I didn't know that's what everyone was thinking but then again I should of realised it before since I had noticed how people was looking at him but I had decided to leave it because they had to make their own decision about him "I'm glad that they did" I said after I had calmed down "is there anything I can do to help Haru" she offered slightly saddened by the topic I shook my head "I don't think so but I've got an idea and if it works I don't think we will have to worry about them anymore" I answered smirking she looked at me probably wanting to know but I wasn't going to tell her since I need it to work "I better go and make sure Ku hasn't killed anyone in the last few hours" I said slightly amused but also hurting as well, as I made my way closer to Ku chambers I could already feel his mood here we go again I thought feeling tired at his attitude
