Gaara POV

It's been about two days since all the other Kage had arrived and since then we've been in about three meeting, basically just talking about how we can continue to keep the peace, at the moment I'm on my way to hopefully the last of the meetings because they are starting to get on my nerves....well not the meetings in particular but the people especially Haruno, since she knows that the Uchiha is only here for Naruto she has tried to keep them apart anyway she knows how which isn't much since no-one is giving her the time of day, I honestly don't know how the others put up with her since all she does is complain, I remember her being like that a few years ago I just didn't think she would still be the same now

"Lord Gaara" I heard to my left I turned my head and saw Hatake walking towards me, I know Naruto has begun to try and build their friendship again but until I know for sure that he isn't trying to hurt him again I'm only ever going to be civil "Hatake" I answered while nodding, we were both walking towards where the meeting is being held and after a few minutes silence he started talking "I'm sorry about Sakura" he said sounding ashamed I frowned thinking this is the perfect time to figure how she got so bad "how did she end up like this, from what I remember she wasn't this obsessed with the Uchiha" I replied uninterested on the outside but on the inside I was extremely curious, he sighed deeply "when Naruto....left it was like her true colours came out, she started bad mouthing him to anyone who would listen, saying how he didn't deserve to be on the same team as her and Sasuke since they are both superior to him, it wasn't until Sasuke had come back the first time and he found out about what had happened to Naruto, she tried to bad mouth Naruto in front of Sasuke which didn't end well for her" he paused and at that moment he sounded way older than what he was

"It was later that we had discovered that the council had gone behind the Hokage back and told Sakura that if she could get Sasuke back that he would be hers, I honestly didn't think she would turn out this way" he finished just as we had arrived at the meeting. I sat down and waited for everyone else to arrive, when they did we finally got the meeting started it went pretty good until the last hour when Tsunade mentioned Naruto's name "I don't think you should be worrying about the boy" Onoki commented raising an eyebrow "I agree" Yagura said not sounding bothered about this conversation "I was hoping he would come back but I know it would be pretty useless" Tsunade replied carefully "then you would be correct since I know for a fact he wont ever go back" I answered emotionless and then it got worse when Haruno opened her mouth

"He should be grateful that we want him there since he doesn't bring anything to the village" Sakura announced sounding smug "oh so does that mean you are better than him" Yagura asked amused but with a threat laced into his words but because she's so dumb she didn't get it, I rolled my eyes mentally can this girl get anymore annoying I thought sarcastically "of course I am, no-one wants that idiot back but since he is our jinchuriki he belongs to us....." I mentally cut her voice out so she can get more annoying, I don't know how long I was in my head for but I was brought out of my thoughts by a little tap on my shoulder "Gaara are you alright" Temari asked concerned "is she finished talking, her voice was giving me a headache" I replied a bit too loud so she could hear and by the glare she is sending my way means she heard me "watch who your glaring at girl, I don't know if you've realised this but this is a Kage meeting and you shouldn't be talking at all" I said dangerously while letting a bit of my KI out

"Tsunade I thought you would teach your student some respect" Onoki commented disappointment screaming from his words, I saw Tsunade narrow her eyes at Sakura before she looked back at everyone present "don't worry by the looks of it I need to reevaluate someone's case, Sakura leave the room" she ordered harshly, the girl glared more but most of the people in the room were smirking, just has she got to the door, I called her name and when she turned around I spoke "you will never be better than Naruto, he has never needed to hide behind someone like you and if you really think that the Uchiha will want you who sleeps with anyone to get what she wants then your mistaken because he doesn't want you, he wants someone else" I announced feeling happy when her face fell before turning my head towards the others who were quietly talking to each other but we're also smiling
