"Can anyone tell me when the French Revolution started?" Miss Wilson asked
Keeping my head down to avoid eye contact from getting called on was a method of mine that I learned to mastered down well. Rule one never make eye contact, rule two only look up when they aren't looking in your direction, and rule three keep your mouth shut.
"You know class just because your heads are down doesn't mean I can't see you." Miss Wilson said looking around the classroom. Keeping my head down silently whispering in my head "don't do it" over and over again.
"Williams can you give the answer?" Miss Wilson asked looking in the back of the room.
Not hearing my last name being call finally put me at enough ease to turn around and see Matt Williams. Miss Wilson only called us by our last name, I believe she only do that because she can't pronounce people names especially mines. Matt was the class clown that barely paid attention who sat in the back with the rest of his friends, and by the way he was looking around for the answer to magically appear in front of him was one of those time he wasn't paying attention.
"1920?" He question slowly
When Miss Wilson open her mouth to start the rant she always does when someone doesn't answer correctly the bell rang for next period started, hurrying to pack my stuff to leave before she decide to give out homework.
"Don't forget the project due tomorrow!" Miss Wilson yelled while people were walking out the door.
Hearing her announcement I silently cuss inside my head for forgetting about the stupid project, and walked out the door and into the swamp hall full of know-it-all seniors, rude- sophomores, and the barely-made it Juniors which I would fall under that category. I headed down the hall to where my locker is located at, and arrived spinning my locker number with no problem. Pulling the books out I'll need for next class I heard a slam behind my locker door, and continue to put away my books I waited until the person decided to speak.
"If one more couple get in front of me and walk slow I'm chop them both in the throat."
Closing the locker door I see my friend Chantal with her back against the locker looking at people who pass with distaste.
"How you going to hit them both?" I asked her laughing.
"I'll hit them so hard it will hit both of them." She said demonstrating how her hands will chop both.
"What are you doing?"
Hearing a new voice join the conversation I turned around and saw our other friend Makayla looking at Chantal weird.
"Showing her how to chop someone in the throat." Chantal responded
"Oh okay." Makayla said laughing lightly turning her attention to her phone
"Yeah I got it, so you can stop now." I told her while putting on my book-bag
"See I'm trying to help you out but don't ask for my help next time." Chantal said.
"You so rude Tae." Makayla said looking at me.
"I'm rude for not wanting to chop someone in the throat, yeah that make sense." I said rolling my eyes at them.
"You would if it was the twins." Makayla said looking down the hall.
Following to where she was looking I immediately had a scowl on my face. There standing by the water fountain was the McLennan twins, they were seniors and everyone thought they were so nice and perfect. I wasn't fooled like the rest of them they were Lucifer daughters on earth.
"We don't speak about the hoe twins." I said looking at Makayla with a scowl.
"We about to cause they coming this way." Chantal said. Looking to see if she was right there they were walking in our direction.
"Hell no."
