Chapter 1

Alfie's POV
I walk down the corridor and see a girl at her locker struggling to carry some books. I took half and gave the books back before she went in class. She smiled and waved, I waved awkwardly and went out my class,But the weird thing is I might be falling for her!. I know weird right? I only just met her and I'm already falling for her. My mind is messed up.. big style I need to focus its my last year of college before I go to university to finish school all together.

Ambers POV
I smiled and waved at the man who just helped me. It's weird to think I might be falling for him already, I know he is in his last year ready to go to uni I'm in my second then last year. I just think of us together then not seeing each other for ages. A long term relationship never really works out, I have tried it before you only rarely get to talk to them on phone. You never really get to see them, then you find out they have another girlfriend who lives with them, and that breaks your heart. No don't worry I have friends I'm not a lonely girl. There just all in there first year, weird right? But I sit
Love them. Especially Jess she's the more outgoing kind of girl.The bell rang which means the boring half an hour lesson is over, I never pay attention I just get lost in my thoughts and when the teacher asks me something I'm either dribbling or sleeping. Then momentarily people burst out laughing.

I don't really like anyone in my year, I more or less just have newbie friends that are in the first year. Don't tell them I called them newbies! I call them that because they are mostly outside smoking fags skipping lessons and partying at people's secondary school parties, you can tell from the outside they miss secondary school. But inside there just outgoing and funny and don't really care about education. Which is the type of friend I am, more or less actually in class but dribbling and getting lost in my thoughts. I light a fag and walk out colleague grounds and see Jess on the floor passed out. I smell her breath and drag her back home whilst smoking my fag. I see that boy doing a drinking game with his mates I put down Jess and walk over to them.

"Oh nice of you to join us come have a beer" the man took one of my fags and lighted it everyone went 'eeh!' I told time my name which is Amber Fields and ended up downing a bottle of beer whilst they sing 'we like to drink with fields cuz fields is our mate and when we drink with fields she gets it down in 8'

"7 6 5 4 3 2 1" I finished the bottle and lighted another fag, they all shouted 'eeh!' I ended up getting dragged home by the man. I shut my eyes and fell into the land of thoughts
