we are here now in the phil.

it feels good to be home!

we are waiting for ger here.. he told me that he will be late by 30mins

Nic: Mom all the "chismis" is true?

Me: what is that?

Nic: it's hot here in the phil..hahhaa... ( it's nicole 1st time here in the philippines)

Me; true.. hhahaha... lets eat.. Are you hungry?

Nic: yes i am... lets eat.. by the way where is jollibee here? my classmate told me that it is a great restaurant..

Me: nicole i don't know where is the nearest jollibee here.. lets wait for your tito Ger.. 

Nic: i'm really hungry mom.. lets eat in any restaurant here...

we ate lunch by 2pm.. nicole didn't want the food on the airplane..

she is so grumpy...

we are on the middle of our lunch when my phone ring..

its Ger..

Me:hello are you here?

Ger: yes sis where are you?

Me; were here at Dory Restaurant.. 

Ger: oh.. i know that i will go there.. see yah sis!

after 5 mins we saw Ger..

i ran to him and hug him..

nic is a little bit shy..

Me: Nicole bless to.your uncle..

(nicole did)

Ger: hi nic.. your so tall.. how was the flight?

nic is just smiling to her uncle

Me: it's good.. but where's mom?

Ger: she is busy.. come on lets go to the car..

i can't tell them the real situation of dad..

mom said i will tell them if we are near to the chapel... but my sister is asking about dad's condition

LEA; Ger, hows dad? whats the doctor said?

Me: sis relax he is much ok and better now..

Lea: thanks God..

haayyss sis you will know the truth about dad later...

anndd after one and half hour.. we are near to the chapel i need to tell the truth 

...

lea and nic are enjoying the view on our way.. 

sorry sis and niece i need to tell na..

Me: sis i need to tell you something..

Lea: what it is?? 

Me: Dad is really ok now.. no pain.. no wire.. no tube.. 

Lea became serious

Lea: what do you mean ger? ( in a high pitch)

Me: sis sorry for not telling you.. dad already left us..

sis is already crying so hard and nicole is still confused..

sis is still crying until we are on the chapel..

she immediately went out of the car and ran to the wake of our father...

nicole went  out of the car..

Me; Nicole come here follow me..

Nic: ok uncle..

we are walking on the chapel when we saw lea crying hugging the coffin of our dad..

i ran to lea and we hug each other...

Lea P.O.V 

i still can't believe that my dad is gone..

we are not that close that's why i feel so guilty that i didn't give him much time...

i still regret that he doesn't even see how beautiful nicole is..

we are here in his wake.. 

nicole meet some of our relatives..

i didn't tell them that we will stay here for good..

after a week of my dad burial.. 

we are still trying to accept the fact the he is gone..

nicole can easily cope to the environment.. she talks and play alot with her cousins.

we decide to treat my family to a restaurant and to tell the news that we will live here..

at the restaurant..

Me: guys i want to tell you something..

Ger: what is that?

Mom: good or bad news... i don't want bad news anymore..

Nicole: relax abu.. mom tell it to them now..

Me: nicole and i decided to get a house here in the Philippines and live here for good.. we will visit NY only during nicole's vacation..

They are all said
Woooowwww.....

Mom: lei you don't know how happy I am now.. finally I can spend time with you and Nicole

Ger: naksss.. sis be ready Nicole suitors are going to line up...

Me: if that's happen... We will try to have a home study... Hahhaa

Nic: mmmom!!

Mom: by the way, Rob know about your plan?

Me: yes mom.. he agreed but  we will go back there every summer..

Ger: how about your work?

Me: I resigned and I will try to have a clinic here in the Phil.. can you suggest a good hospital to work ?

Ger: Good! Let's try st.lukes or Asian..

Me:Okie. Thanks Ger..

After the dinner my friends  (Charlene and Kris) texted me if we can meet..  I let Nicole go home together with mom and Ger because she is tired..

I went to Sroul bar and I saw Charlene and Kris there

Finally all the stress weeks are finish.. my project is finish.. Just waiting for another project...

I call my friends William and Robin

Me: guys what are you doing today? Are you busy?

William: yes, aga I'm taking care of my daughter..

Robin: I have a taping today bro.. what happened on earth that you called us?

William: I wonder you wanna go to the bar? Am i right?

Aga: I'm so bored guys I want to go now to the Sroul bar..

William:sorry we are busy..

Aga: I know right you are busy no time for social life..

Robin: you know bro.. I am scared to my wife..

William : why don't you marry a woman bro so you will be happy..

Aga: that's not in my plan yet.. byee..

End call

Ohh.. those guys are really loyal to their wife..
I will go alone to that bar..
