Chapter One: Pilot 1/3.

*Katherine=12yrs Justin= 13yrs*

(No ones Point Of View)

"Katherine! Wait up!" 13 year old Justin, yelled as he chased after his best friend. "Hurry Justin! The shooting star will appear any minute now!" 12 year old Katherine squealed as she rushed through the forest. "Where will we see this shooting star?" Justin breathed out. "In the middle of the forest! Come on! Come on! We're almost there!" Katherine responded with excitement. Justin chuckled and continued following Katherine.

After a few minutes, Katherine suddenly stopped running and threw her hands up in the air. "We're here!"

In front of her was a huge lawn space surrounded by trees making it a shape of a circle, giving the two kids a great view of the night sky full of bright stars. "Wow!" Justin's mouth fell open, amazed by the view. "How did you find this place?!" He questioned as he looked at the sky. "My mom and dad brought me here once. They said the 7th month of every year, a shooting star will fly across the sky. They call this the nightfall." Katherine explained with a giggle. "Ccooooolll.." Justin spin himself, yet not taking his eyes off the sky. "Well come on, lets lay down and wait for the shooting star!" Katherine let herself fall on the ground pulling Justin with her.

"Kit kat, you're my best friend." Justin looked over at Katherine with a smile. "You're my best friend too." She giggled at the little nickname Justin had given her. "Look!" She pointed at the sky where a bright white star flew across. "Woooowww!" Justin breathed out. "There goes another one!" Justin shouted. Katherine and Justin stared at the sky with amazement as two more shooting stars flew across the sky.

"That was so cool!" Justin exclaimed as he sat up. "Yup.!" Katherine sat as well. "Lets go back home before anyone notices we're gone!" Katherine jumped up. "True." Justin looked at his watch which marked one-thirty A.M.

The kids walked through the forest next to each other as they joked around, when something got Katherine's attention. "Hey, isn't that your dad?" Katherine whispered and pointed at a men standing not too far from them, talking to a woman. They both got behind a tree as they tried to get a better look of the 2 people in front of them. "Yeah, it is. Isn't that your aunt?" Justin questioned as he looked at the curly blonde hair woman next to his dad. "I-I don't know, I cant see." Katherine took a step closer, accidentally stepping on a branch making it snap. Justin quickly took Katherine's hand and ran from there not wanting to be seen by his dad or the other woman.

"Jeremy did you hear that?" Amy (Katherine's aunt) asks tugging on to Jeremy's shirt. "Yeah, um it was probably a rabbit." Jeremy (Justin's dad) shrugged. "So anyways, what do you say? We leave Stratford and leave everything?" Amy asked with a smirk. "I'm already ahead of you. I bought the plain tickets already. We leave tomorrow morning at eight so ill be waiting right here for you." Jeremy returned the smirk. "Really?! Oh my god!" Amy squealed and attacked Jeremy with a hug. "Tomorrow I can finally leave my annoying wife, and you and I can start a new life away from here." Jeremy said with a chuckle. "OMG yes!" Amy nodded.

Meanwhile..

"That was close" Justin said trying to catch his breath. Katherine nodded with wide eyes. "Come on, lets take you home." Justin grabbed Katherine's hand once again and started heading towards her house.

They came to a stop once Katherine's house came to view.

''Well i'll try quietly through the front door.'' Katherine giggled at the memories of her sneeking out earlier that night. ''Haha, Good luck.'' Justin laughed and nodded. ''Well bye.'' Katherine waved but Justin hugged her insted. "Bye..'' He said back. Katherine gave him one last smile before turning around and walking towards her front door.

(Katherine's Point Of View)

I slowly opened the front door, steping inside and closing it behind me. I made my way to the stairs that lead to the second floor, making sure not to bump into anything.

Once I was up stairs, I let out a breath of relief, knowing that I had made it this far without getting caught.

I walked straight to my room, closing my eyes shut once I opened the door making it squeak, I pray to god no one heard that. "Oh My Gosh" I whisper to myself, closing the door once I entered my room. "Why, hello young lady." My mom sat at the end of my bed, looking straight at me. ... Shoot. "M-mommy..." I gulp. "I-I swear I didn't do anything, I just wanted to show Justin the-" "Katherine" "No, mom I swear I didn't have any bad intentions" "Katherine.." "I'm sorry-" "Katherine!" "What?" I ask finally noticing my mom kept calling my name. "I'm not mad." She smiled. "You're not?" I raised an eyebrow. "No, I know where you were. But what I am mad about is the you and Justin didn't take me." She faked a pout. "Sorry.." I smiled innocently. "Don't worry. There is always next year." She shrugged "Now tell me, how was it?" She patted the spot in my bed next to her, motioning me to sit next to her. I instantly did it and inhaled deeply before explaining everything. "The night was sooo pretty and the aurora was so peaceful. We didn't see only one shooting start, but four." I squealed. "The say that's good luck." She nodded. "But also something weird happened." "What happened?" "When Justin and I were coming back we saw his dad and a lady... Justin said it looked like my aunt but I couldn't really see her." I explained. My moms face instantly dropped. "I'm sure there's an explaination to all of this. Um... How about you go to bed, alright? It's already past your bed time." She and pinched my cheek. I nodded and ran to my closet to get my pjs. I turned back around expecting my mom to still be there but frowned when I noticed she was gone, which was weird cause she always buts me to bed and gives me a good-night kiss. Not taking more though about it, I shrugged it off and went on with my night routine.

(No ones point of view.)

Alyn, (Katherine's mom) quickly walked out of Katherine's room just in time to see her sister Amy walk inside the house."Amy where have you been." Alyn called called for upstairs causing Amy to flinch and gasp. "You scared me!" Amy complained. "You haven't answered my question. Where have you been?"!Alyn repeated. "I went go a walk... " Amy shrugged. "At one A.M?" Alyn raised an eyebrow. "Why do you care? Damn I'm not so little girl." Amy hissed as she walked up the stairs. "Keep your voice down , Scooter and Katheryn are sleeping. And you live in my house, I don't want you waking anyone up everytime you decide to ... Take a walk, at 1 A.M." Alyn snapped and walked closer to Amy who was now standing right on top of the stairs. "You won't have to worry about that anymore, sister. I leave Stratford tomorrow morning." Amy smirked and walked past Alyn bumping her shoulder against hers. "What do you mean?" Alyn questioned, fearing of her sister leaving with a married man. "I mean exactly that... You won't ever see me again." Amy snapped before walking inside her room closing the door behind her, then everything went silent.

Alyn stood there in shock, she knew she knew what her sister was gonna do and she sure as hell wasn't about to just stand there and do nothing to stop her sisters crazy idea.
