Chapter One

{SPARK}

Great, another relative i didn't want to meet.

Or know about their existence.

I rolled my eyes as my mother tried sweet talking my new "step cousin".

Eww, she was like 60 and he was like 9.

...69 ew... I did not just think that.

I shivered from the gross thought and decided to go meet the kid.

Making my way down the hall, my aunt Joci popped up out of nowhere.

My eyes widened as she opened her mouth.

Aunt Joci, 50 years old, and loves to talk too loudly.

"Spark! My baby girl! Look how well you've grown! You did eat your veggies! Oh your so beautiful. Cameron come say hi to your cousin, isn't she pretty?!" Aunt Joci pinched my cheeks hard.

I think she may have stolen my dimples.

Cameron Tyler, 4 years old, cute little thing.

He was a mute though.

But i loved him with all my heart.

Cameron smiled at me before running to give me a hug.

I got down to his level and picked him up into my arms.

"Oh look at you two! Your guna be such a great mother when you grow up!" Aunt Joci just didn't know when to shut up.

"Thanks Aunt Joci, how about you give Cameron some food." I smiled handing her Cameron, who smiled and waved at me.

I wiggled my fingers and began walking to the lounge where mother looked ready to pounce on my new cousin.

Who no one told me the name of.

Apparently Aunt Sophia and her fiance, Mike, had gotten married and didn't invite us... Mike has a son, who's 20. And famous.... Woooh.

Note my wonderful sarcasm.

Mother ignored the fact that Aunt Sophia never invited her, and now here we are.

A day before Christmas, talking to a strange man, a guy who's now my cousin, and Aunt Sophia.

I cleared my throat loudly making sure they all heard me.

"Hey so mother, would you like to introduce us?" I cocked an eyebrow at her.

She looked way to comfy snuggled up next to the 20 year old blonde kid who looked uncomfortable as fuck.

"Oh right, Niall honey... That's my daughter... Spark." My mother gave me a dirty look.

Niall had his eyes set on me, and they weren't moving, or blinking.

His eyes reminded me of mine, but mine were bluer.

"So Niall, got any hot friends?" I smirked at his shocked face.

Aunt Sophia bursted out laughing along with Mike.

Niall gave me a small smile but stayed silent.

Mother gave me another glare and tried getting closer to Niall.

"Mother please, the boy doesn't like wrinkles... Can't you go flirt with the pizza guy? He's been waiting for hours in the kitchen." Once again, glare... But she got up and left swiftly to the kitchen.

"Oh Spark, your too cute. You've grown up so much." Aunt Sophia hugged me and smiled at me.

"Yea well, Niall looked like he was dying." I smiled at Niall at sat down next to him.

"It was disturbing me." Mike scrunched up his nose.

"Hate to say but she's a cougar." I shrugged.

"Now now, let's not talk bad about your mom. Now, Why don't you and Niall get to know eachother. Mike and I have some stuff we need to talk with your mother about." Aunt Sophia and Mike walked out of the lounge.

"So Niall, whats your favorite video game?" I asked getting on my hands and knees looking through the stacks of video games i have collected for years now.

"You play?" He finally looked out of his trance.

"Yep, now answer or I'm going with GTA5." I smirked as he nodded.

»»Three Hours Later««

"That was uncalled for! We were supposed to work together!" Niall whined.

"Sore loser!" I smirked at him.

"Your the loser."  He stuck his tongue out at me.

"Oh hell no, take it ba-" I was cut off by Niall planting his lips on mine.

I quickly pushed him away, scooting back.

"What the fuck?!" I yelled my eyes wide.

He was my new step cousin! What is this?! A joke!!

I shook my head in disbelief before standing up.

Niall quickly doing the same.

"Wait, Spark. I'm sorry, just please don't tell anyone." Niall's eyes looked big and worried.

"Chill, your not the first cousin to plant one on me. I won't tell anyone as long as it doesn't happen again." I furrowed my eyebrows together.

"It won't." He smiled.

"Good, pizza?" I asked smiling back at him.

»»An Hour Later««

"It was your fault." I glared at Niall while i pried the pizza from the cieling.

"My fault?! You flung a pizza in my shirt!" Niall accused yelling out in frustration.

"And?! I would have been honored if i had shoved a pizza down my shirt." I smirked down at him.

I was on a chair, no i wasn't taller than him. Sigh.

"Honored? Oh sure... In lalaland. God, your nuts." Niall ran a hand through his hair.

"Your the one with nuts." I muttered angrily.

"Kids! We're going out for the night. Behave! We're taking Cameron!" I heard Mike yell.

Great alone with blondie.

"Ima call some mates to come over, is that fine with you?" Niall asked.

"Whatever, as long as that isn't secret code for party. Because i will kick your ass." I warned.

"God, so much distrust. It's like we arent related." Niall smirked.

"Cunt." I muttered hitting the ceiling with a broom.

Why isn't the pizza coming down?

My eyes widened as i heard the pizza unsticking.

Before i had time to move, the pizza plopped down on my head.

I groaned and got off the chair angrily.

I grabbed the pizza off my head and threw it in the trash.

Stupid new step cousin.
