Many months past life was moving on but the Kapoor's were still in depression over Varun's death. Siddhant and Ishani lived as friends. Ishani went to Mumbai so she can settle there then she brought the Kapoor's so they can have a fresh start. Ishani is successful lab technician in Medicine Research Center. Her career took big boost when she was offered to work at Mumbai Secret Services. One day Ishani was hit by a car then she was in coma for 8 months. After waking up from coma Siddhant took care of her. Slowly both were falling in love with each other. Ishani went to London for a assignment to catch a group who are selling illegal chemical to use in juices which is harmful it has many affects in the body. She found the main headquarters where all group distribute the chemical in stores. She uses the tools which was given by the Secret Services to trap the criminal group. There was no use of the tools and got kidnapped by the group. The head of the group killed Ishani. The body was sent back to Mumbai to the Kapoor's residence. Meera uses her power to bring her back alive. God gives back her powers so she can save the world. While bringing Ishani back to life there was complication which lead to Meera's death. After this Ishani tried many times to commit suicide but remain unsuccessful. Her powers got so powerful that it went out of control. Meera's particle of powers remain in her body which recarination began. Ishani was sent to mental hospital. After few days later she ran away from the hospital and commit suicide. The dead body came to the house suddenly reborn Meera come in the Kapoor's footstep. She healed Ishani but complication arises when it leads Meera to with severe head injures. While healing Ishani something happened that she is expecting a baby. After 7 months she give birth to baby boy named him Virat Siddhant Sarna. After couple of weeks later she found Aryan in her footstep, She received a phone call that Sonia died in a car accident after that Aryan responsibility is Ishani's. After 5 years later Virat is 5 years and Aryan is 11 years both of them don't know they are brothers yet because Ishani isn't ready to tell them.  Both of them don't have a good relationship. One day Ishani fell down the stairs and hit her head then Aryan came to heal her with his powers. With this incident Virat and Aryan relationship became better.
