Ayaan keeps on trying to cheer up Naina's mood but she keeps on ignoring him. Vaishali maa comes to meet her and she spends the whole afternoon with her then Virat and Aryan papa comes to take for dinner in her favorite restaurant Four Season Continental Restaurant. Suhana, Pooja and Shivanya came with her for company. Suddenly Naina faint everybody takes her to the hospital. Doctors say it's nothing to worry about it's just weakness from her pregnancy and she hasn't been eating properly. Ayaan picks her up in bridal style to the bed and sleep next to her. Late at night Naina goes to the balcony and she sees someone went to see who it is and it turns out to be Vikram. Vikram kidnaps her when she wakes up and starts yelling. He asked "How dare you marry someone when I am alive? It's like you were desperate to get married to someone else I can't see you with someone else". She says "First of all we are divorced and second of all you were dead I have every right to marry whoever I want Vikram how dare you kidnap I am not a toy what is with sometime you hurt me and love me". To shut her up he puts a tape on her mouth. She was surprised that he did that as she didn't expect him to do this. Vikram says "What is your answer now after that". Naina screams and yells at him Vikram is very irritated by her reply. She makes him trip by putting her leg forward. He takes the tape out and asks her questions. She saw a lot of pain and anxiety in his eyes that she gave him all the answer he wanted and spent the whole night with him. In the morning Naina panics as she realizes what she has done. Before Vikram wakes up she goes back home. When she sees Ayaan coming downstairs Naina quickly goes to the kitchen and starts to make parathas. Ayaan comes and sees her smiles from afar then hugs her from behind. After breakfast Ayaan asks what her plan for today Naina says "Going to work that's it after Vaishali mama comes to take care of Ishanika and Ruhera". He says "Please come early from work I have a surprise for you to be ready by 8". She says "Ok that sounds great". Naina gets ready for work when she is coming downstairs she is about to slip but Ayaan catches her on time. Both share an eye lock but get interrupted by Vaishali maa. Vaishali mama asked her "She wants her to meet somebody please be ready by 4." She says "Ok I will come after work". In the hospital time flew that Naina didn't realize that it was about to be 4 she needs to go to meet Vaishali mama. She quickly goes home and gets ready to meet Vaishali mama at the place she texted her. It was a very cute and cozy coffee shop. Naina sees Vaishali mama with a man so she went closer to them and she greeted her first then the man. All of them sat down and they ordered as well. Naina was about to order for Vaishali mama but the man ordered it. Naina started talking with Vaishali mama then their order came. Vaishali mama introduces the man Mohit Malhotra. We have been seeing each other for a couple of months. Naina was surprised and excited for Vaishali mama. She says "We have decided to get married soon as well like maybe next month". Naina says "I am so happy for you mama". After that she got ready again to go out with Ayaan. Both of them went to a beach where Naina was blindfolded. Ayaan opens her blindfolds and she sees Vikram in front of her. She is shocked to see him. Ayaan says "I knew Vikram was alive for a while but didn't tell as I was afraid to lose you but then I realized that it is wrong to do that It should be your decision that who you choose there will be pressure from either of us no matter what you choose I will be happy that you will still be part of my life Thank you so much for what you have done for me". Naina says "I need time please don't expect me to give an answer now". Vikram says "Take all the time you need I will wait". Ayaan says "There is one thing I need to tell you Vikram that is you have two beautiful twin daughters Ishanika and Ruhera". He is shocked after what he heard couldn't believe it without saying anything he left. Ayaan and Naina went back home.
