"Nash,don't hide it from me" my mom kept bugging me.

"Mom,he's not my boyfriend" i said to defend myself.

"I won't be mad,just tell me the truth" she said softly.

"Also,where did you and Cameron go yesterday? You wasn't at home until this morning" she said again.

"No where" i said.

"You're lying. I can see the fear in your eyes when you're lying" she said as her hand ran through my hair.

"Okay,he's my boyfriend" i admitted as i sighed. Oh gosh,why my life is so hard? Then,I heard someone's clicked the doorbell. I walked to the door.

"Who is it?" I asked annoyedly.

"Hi. It's me,Shawn Mendes,your best friend" the voice answered. I rolled my eyes and opened the door. "Come in" i said with low voice.

"What makes you came here?" I asked him as I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow.

"To see my best friend and to make sure if he's okay or nah" he answered gladly.

"Oh hi Shawn" my mom greeted him cheerfully.

"Hi,Mrs. Grier. How are you?" Shawn asked politely.

"I'm great,how about you,young man?" She asked him.

"I'm fine,thank you" he answered,formally.

"Shawn,no need to be formal,bro" i hit his shoulder,playfully. All of us laughed.

I went to upstairs as I saw my parents and smiled at them.

"Hey mom,hey dad" i greeted em politely. My mom slapped me. Why the fuck,everyone wanted to slap me?

"What's wrong mom?" I asked her curiously.

"Because you weren't home since yesterday and you didn't tell us where were you going" my dad answered on my mom's behalf.

"Um,I was with Vivian" I scratched my head.

"Since when you learned how to lie to older people?" My mom asked as she furrowed her eyebrows.

"I don't lie" i answered as i looked away.

"Oh really? Why don't you just tell the truth?" I heard Sierra's voice from the back.

"What? Sierra,I thought we had a --" I was about to finish my sentence,but got cut by my parents.

"You're grounded" my dad commanded.

"Oh come on. I'm not a little child anymore. I have some works to do tomorrow" I protested. I saw Sierra sticked her tongue while looking at me. I just rolled my eyes.

"Oh yeah? I'll ask Taylor to be with you tomorrow. He will fetch you and take you home from work. After that,you can't use your car from tomorrow until next week. I will keep your keys. No objection" my mom said with serious expression.

Ugh,why must Taylor? Why not Jack? I hate that kid so fucking much. I want to strangle him. Shit,control yourself,Cameron.

"Okay,I want to sleep. Good night" I said weakly as I yawned and quickly got into my room. Fuck this world,I only want to be with Nash. I take my phone as I'm finding Nash's number to facetime him. There he is. Please,pick up.

"Hello Cameron!"

"Hey Nash"

"What's wrong? Oh,by the way,I'm with Shawn and my mom"

"Hi Cam"

"Hi Shawn"

"Aw hello Mrs Grier!"

"Hello Cameron"

"What are you doing now,Cam?"

"Trying to escape from this world"

"Excuse me,I want to talk with him privately" i heard nash said that.

"Okay,tell me what's wrong? You make me worried"

"My mom took my car's keys also I don't think I can see you tomorrow because of that"

"Damn. That's harsh. So,how are you gonna go to work and back from work?"

"Taylor Caniff is gonna fetch me"

"I know. So,why Shawn is there with you?"

"I don't know but maybe he just wanna see me?"

"Oh i see. Okay i gotta go now,i feel tired. Good night babe"

"Oh btw,can I sleep here for tonight? Because my parents aren't here. They're at oversea" shawn asked.

"Aw for sure" my mom answered sweetly.

"You can sleep with me" i said coldly.
