Hey Tommo,
Just wondering because you've been working with Mr. Styles for a while now, how does he treat you guys at work?
I'm still a little nervous after my first week, so I want to know what I should expect from him.

Nialler! My favorite tiny Irish lad! Good to see you at work, I'm glad you took my recommendation and applied. It's great to have more friends here.
Anyways, yeah, Mr. Styles is pretty... silent at work. He often stays in his office and works hard all day to run the company and is most often alone. I think he likes it like that. He doesn't really say much to anyone unless it's pretty important, mostly keeps to himself. Just kind of broods over the office and such, a little intimidating but other than that a good boss.
Why do you ask? Did he say something to you?

Oh, okay. So like a silent but good boss. That's... interesting, but nice.
And no, he didn't say anything rude or anything like that. He's just been very kind in sending me emails and complimenting me on my work.
Does he usually do that? Maybe he's keeping a watchful eye over me.

No, when I think about it, he usually doesn't do that with his employees. He does compliment us when we've done an exceptional job, but he really doesn't go out of his way to send us emails and such.
And if he was keeping an eye on you, I don't think he'd be so kind. Usually he asks me to check progress on newbies, but he hasn't for you.
Maybe he just likes you?
