All I can feel is the cold metal around me and I can see nothing but darkness. There is no noise except for the hum of an engine and the smell if off dust and gasoline. After what seems like hours i'm dragged out of the back of a truck and the light outside is blinding. People around me are speaking a language I can't understand, but as I look around I see there are soldiers all around. All of them being taken by will and dragged into a large metal building, and i'm soon forced the same.
The man dragging me lightly pushes me into a cell and when I refuse to go i'm hit in the back with a stick. So there I stand, in a cell crowded with men. I stand there for what seems a long time when someone unlocks the cell one of the men who had put me into the cell pulls me back out. I'm escorted down several stairs and find myself in yet another cold and darkened room. I'm shoved down onto a cold metal table and I catch a glimpse of someone on the other side of the room. He looks familiar, but it's hard to see clearly in this room. Though I apparently wasn't supposed to see anything because I was knocked out once again.

*hours later*

I wake up feeling horrible, but who wouldn't feel that way after loosing consciousness multiple times in a day? On the other side of the room I now see two figures instead of just one, and I can hear mumbling. One of the figures helps the other to stand and as they're about to leave the tiny dark room I stop them.
"Help," I choke out. My voice was so quiet I doubt they heard me but one of them stops.
The one that stopped was much bigger than the other, and I realized that if they weren't on our side of the war this could turn very badly for me. Both men seemed fit and strong, but then again it was only their silhouettes that I could see. Both come towards me and a weak smiles appears on my lips as I recognize them both.
"Steve you look... different," I comment as he helps me to stand.
"Been getting that a lot," he says with a smile but it disappears so quickly. "Come on, we have people to rescue."
With that we leave the room, and rush down the halls. I'm not exactly sure what is going on around me, but I can sense the danger in the air. James... Bucky, gosh I keep forgetting that he wanted me to call him that. Anyways he kept asking my brother questions which in any other situation would've caused laughter but that wasn't the case today it seemed.
We went up some stairs at the end up the hall and ended up in a large room, the size of a hanger. The whole place seemed to be aflame and perhaps even collapsing. We ended up crossing a thick metal beam to get to the catwalk across the way, but not everything went as planned.

Bucky went first, and he made it across the beam but then it was my turn. I was halfway across, and I was trying not to look downward, when the metal made a horrible screeching sound. Before I knew what was happening the metal was moving downward, slowly at first.
My eyes widened and I froze in place. The metal collapsed completely and I screamed as I fell into the burning hot flames. I hit the concrete floor, coughing and gasping for any oxygen in the air. When I looked up I couldn't see anything and I was trapped.
Tears stream down my cheeks, I'd just reunited with people I knew and it was all pointless. Now all I could do was lay on the floor, trying to breathe properly. I eventually close my brown eyes, hoping to have everything go away.
To not have even been accepted as a nurse in this war, but I was. I joined as a nurse, I helped everyone I could, and then my luck ran out when I needed it most.

A/N: I know, I know. This chapter is short and not written the best. To be honest writing the first movie isnt my strong suit, but don't worry because the next chapter (which I will also upload today) is more of an imaginaton thing. And then I eventually get to the second movie so that'll fun. Stay beautiful.
