Take my heart and make me feel,
Take my soul and help me heal.
Touch me from deep within,
And help me feel again.
When the tears get ready to fall,
I know you'll hold me in your arms.
Even when the whole world seems to break,
I know you'll hold me as the tears make my body quake.
When my world feels broken,
And the air feels too heavy to hold,
When there is just too much pain,
I know with you I'll always have a home.
