Jazz pov.
Its been officially one day since I've kissed Marvin. I have been doing my best to avoid him. The reason why is because after I kissed him I ran away back to Spanish Class. Anyway right now I'm in Choir class with Marvin and some other people that I don't know. We were in the middle of a scale (Do,Re,Me,Fa,So,LA,Ti,Do). When these cheerleaders walked in our classroom to hand out Candy Messages. In our school once a year they have this thing called candy messages. Candy messages are these things were you write a message to someone and it has a skittles bar attached to it. It only cost one dollar and people have been going crazy. Like this one girl brought $50.00 to send to herself! I sent one to Marvin,Mike,all my teachers(because I'm a suck up), and some to myself. So one of the cheerleaders named Brooklyn who used to date Mike and Marvin used to have a crush on her, walked up to my seat and threw my candy gram from Marvin and some other people. Then the cheerleaders were about to go when Brooklyn found out another candy message that she read out loud because she's so ratchet, it said Hey your a really good friend Jazzy I hope one day well be more than just friends from Mike Jackson. I happened to look a cross the room to see Marvin shocked. After all of the gasp and the whispers the cheerleaders finally left. Then our choir teacher Mrs. Willis. Mrs.Wills told us to take out one of the songs that were singing called "Giving him something he can feel from the movie sparkle". The middle school choir gets to sing this song at the high school senior prom. Also the choir teacher will pick two people to sing a duet together. My mom says that I should try out and even if I don't get to sing then it would be a great experience.
Marvin POV
It has been 1 day since my crush Jazz kissed me out of the blue. I never would have thought that someone so beautiful would like a geek like me. Our class got rudly interrupted when these cheerleaders came in handing out candy messages. The cheer captain Brooklyn Hawk was of course being annoying. She walked over to me and said " Hi Marvin it looks like your girlfriend Jazz sent you a candy messages". She's not my girlfriend I said and she walked way saying whatever. After she left I read the message that Jazz wrote,
Dear Marvin, I am so happy that we became friends! I am so grateful that I met you. You are an amazing singer. Don't let people walk over you.

I was super happy until Brooklyn read out the letter that Mike sent to Jazz. Of course I wasn't mad because Mike is dumb,horrible singer and ugly. I wonder what Jazz ever saw in him. Actually I can't judge her because I used to like Brooklyn. I regret ever liking her especially because I liked her when he was dating Mike and during that time I was friends with him. I never told anyone this but when Brooklyn and Mike were dating me and Brooklyn made out, and Mike caught us. After that me and Mike were never friends again. I never told Jazz that because I was worried that she would look at me different. Anyway in Choir I'm going to try out to sing "I'll make love to you" by Boys 2 men for the high school prom. The choir teacher is making it a duet so I hope that I'll be able to sing with Jazz. Speaking about Jazz she's been ignoring me to day. I wonder why?
