Chapter 18. You made the kid cry

Irene's P.O.V

Waking up to the smell of food was the most amazing feeling ever. I don't care how I look right now, all I want to do is go and feed my crying stomach. And that's exactly what I did. I got out of bed and walked straight towards the kitchen trying my best to ignore the people who were in the living room. I know none of the girls cooked breakfast because they are all probably still sleeping, so for sure it was one of them. Hopefully they don't mind sharing just a little bit of their food.

"Mor--oh," All my little hopes of them being nice enough to share their food with me go away as I'm faced to the biggest jerk in the world. "you." He says nothing but just glares back at me as I glared at me. I guess cereal isn't that bad of an option right now.

I tear my gaze away from and head straight towards the cabinets to grab a box of cereal, then I grab a big round bowl and start pouring the cereal into it. In the corner of my eye I can see him smirking as I walked towards the fridge to grab the milk.

I literally cry out in frustration as I see that the carton has no milk. Why put it back inside?! Seriously! "What? No milk." I turn and I glare at him for stating the obvious.

Just ignore him Joohyun. He's just trying to piss you off. But I just won't give him the satisfaction of winning this round. "No. I-I-- just like to eat my cereal without milk." I clearly stated, grabbing my bowl of cereal then heading out before he can make fun of me.

After eating my bowl of cereal(without milk) I went straight to take a shower. Coming out of the shower was the most amazing feeling ever, because i felt so refreshed and clean. I then made our beds and cleaned up the room a little, and by a little I cleaned up the whole room including our bathroom.

It was now 1:45 in the afternoon and none of the other girls had woken up yet. They still must be very tired, but they should at least get up to eat.

I had no idea if the guys were out or if they were still around the apartment.
But oh well, I wanna make breakfast.. well lunch for the girls before I wake them up. Just then I remembered there was no milk, and the fridge looked half empty so maybe I should go to store and get groceries. So I grabbed my bag, and made sure I had my phone and some money inside of it, then walked out.

Passing by the living room I noticed that all the guys(except Jungkook) were there. Just great! I'll have to actually talk them. "Irene? Hey, good afternoon." Just before I can reach the entrance door, I hear one of them call me. So being the polite girl my parents raised me to be, I turned around and greeted them with a big (fake)warm smile.

I shortly bowed, "Hello, good afternoon." and with that short greeting I turn back around towards the door to put on my shoes.

"Going somewhere?" Well no duh!

I nod and just continue to put on my shoes. "To get more groceries." I slightly mumble. But unfortunately they heard.

"Suga! Accompany her!" My eyes widen and so does his by Seokjin's statement.

We both are quick to respond. "What! Why?!"

"No it's okay."

"What! Why not you guys are chore buddies after all." Chore bu--Oh crap! I totally forgot about that.

"So?"

"Hyung!" This time Namjoon butts in. "Please just accompany her, she won't be able to bring all the groceries by herself." Wow, he's good at judging people by one look.
