This is my favorite of all. To be grateful as many people can't practice this one. I have seen people complaining every single day, but few practice being grateful.
Every night, before bedtime ask yourself this question:
"What are two things that I am grateful for today?"
It can be the cake you've been wanting to have since long or the laughter of your kids that you got to hear or that hug your pet gave you.
Gratefulness is found in the small things, not in the big ones.
"Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life."
