Day #25

Phil was just preparing his dinner since he knows that he will never see Dan again. It was already late. He should be sleeping right now but he decided not to. There was a knock on the door. He walked up to the door and once he opened it, he saw a piece of paper on the floor. That was random. It was the address to Dan's parent's house. How did it get out of the diary. Phil then decided to go back to the house and check if Dan is there. Once he stepped outside, the paper flew out from his hand. He tried to catch it but it just flew off. He was lucky that he saved the address on his phone.

Dan suddenly woke up. He looked at the time. It was 30 minutes before midnight. He didn't know why he woke up. He didn't dream of anything bad. What was the reason? He then remembered the voices yesterday. 'Save him.' He changed his clothes then he got his bag and wrote a note to tell Pj that he was looking for Phil. He went out and he was ready to find him but there was only one problem. Where is Phil? He could be anywhere. Dab looked at both sides of the street then he crossed. While walking, he saw a paper on a bush. He got it and read it. It was his parents' address which he wrote a few years ago. He then had an idea. What if Phil is waiting for him at his house? There is no other option cause this paper was at the back of his diary. He then started running to his parents' house.

Phil was walking then he decided to cross the road. He then stopped at the middle of it. There were no cars around so he was safe. He just needed to think for a moment not caring about his safety.

What if Dan isn't there? What if he didn't need him anymore? Is Dan even looking for him? Where is he? He kept on asking himself these questions.

Dan was tired so he stopped running. He needed to catch his breath. Where was Phil? He looked up at the road then he saw someone just standing there, someone familiar. He looked carefully then, he knew who it was. He ran towards him and shouted, "Phil!" Phil turned around and Dan jumped in for a hug. "Phil! I am so happy to see you!" Dan said happily. Phil smiled and replied, "Dan! I can't believe it! What are you doing here?" Phil asked.

Dan pulled away and he told him. "I saw this paper on a bush and I thought the you might be in my parents' house." He was showing the paper to Phil.

"Luckily, I was going there right now." Dan smiled. He hugged Phil again. Phil the spoke. "I have so much to tell you." He replied, "Same."

It was real.

Then, Dan heard something coming right at them. When he looked, he saw a big truck. He then pushed Phil away and luckily, he landed on a bush. Once he saw the truck, Phil shouted, "Dan No!!!" And the unexpected happened.

Dan got hit by a truck.

Phil stood up and slowly walked to Dan with his hands covering his mouth. "Dan?" He whispered. He looked at Dan and he knelt down and shook him. "Dan!" He shouted. A tear fell out of him.

Dan's eyes opened, but not fully. He looked at Phil and smiled. He said, "I'm sorry." His voice was weak. He then closed his eyes again. "Dan no!"

"Please don't go!"

The truck driver called the ambulance and they were on their way. Phil was crying over Dan's body. He then said, "Dan...
