People really need to raise awareness about this, like create a support group or something.
It's really not fun crying and contemplating everything u have.
Everyone also needs to understand that panic attacks are sudden overwhelming feelings of acute and disabling anxiety.
Symptoms are sudden overwhelming fear, palpitations, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, sense of choking, a feeling of being detached from the world (de-realization), fear of dying, numbness or tingling in the limbs or entire body, chills and hot flushes.
I don't mean to nag but I feel and see the importance that people who knows a friend or family member that has this attacks to calm them down. Give them a hug or something, they need a warmth of another human who cares for them.
And if you're reading this, PLEASE help them and don't force things on them.
