Chapter 6: Alice the Cat Lady

  ~Alice's Pov~

the girls just do not understand how hard it is for me , Love is stupid ,  I wish i never met Niall nor Matt , i just wish i was a lesbian , you know what! from now on no more dating I'll live with 25 cats.

I mean it's better than a broken heart. 

  "No Alice you will not live alone with 25 cats it's not better than a broken heart" Jennifer said as she entered my room with Holly trailing behind her.

"what are you a mind reader or something?!"  I looked at her quizzically and she smirked "maybe" she said with a shrug.

Holly laughed "what's so funny?" I asked her "your face looked so stupid" she said between laughs then she stood up and caught her breath, she looked at me and then laughed again but this time harder and Jennifer started laughing with her and it's true when they say that laughter is contagious because I started laughing with them too.

Suddenly Melissa and Hailey came in "listen Alice I have never been in a situation like yours in like um ever in my life, in fact what I have with Liam is actually my first real relationship, so I think you have two choices ,the first choice is that you can forgive and forget and be happy with your cookie or you can call a truce and be friends with him,  just forget about Matt because trust me he is no good" Melissa said and I just sighed and nodded.

"Lou can you get the door please" yelled Harry across the living room and Louis stood up from his comfy sofa, sighed and went to open it.

When he opened the door, Holly's stood there, He was admiring her big beautiful brown eyes and her tiny messy bun laying on top of her cute head, she was wearing grey sweatpants and an ACDC sweat shirt, she looked so pretty and vulnerable that he just wanted to hold her and protect her from the dangers of the world.

"how can someone look so messy yet so pretty at the same time like you do" Louis asked out loud rehotorically making her blush.

"shut up"  she muttered while Louis noticed her cheeks turning a mild shade of pink "it's true, you truly amaze me Holly" he winked and she just rolled her eyes trying to hide her smile "can you lend me your wii?" she asked changing the subject and going straight to the point "of course but don't you have one" she gave out a humourless laugh "someone named Alice broke it after she came last place at Mario Kart" she growled a bit which made Louis chuckle "okay, come in I'll go bring it for you" Holly entered as the smell of mens Chanel hit her nostrils, Harry must've sprayed the room with it.

Louis came back after a few minutes and handed her a basket with the console, and tangled wires, as soon as Holly's small hands touched Louis, they both felt an electrical rush go through them, both of them were taken back and when they heard Harry's voice they broke off the long eye contact "Hey Holly what are you doing here? how's my Jay Baby?" he asked in a rush and Holly gave him a smirk "why don't you come over and ask her yourself" she said and left quickly.

"what happened between you two? Holly's face was red and you seem smug, well more smug than you usually are" Harry said and Louis shook his head "nothing" he muttered, Harry narrowed his eyes "you have a girlfriend and she has a boyfriend, don't do anything you'll regret Lou" Louis sighed "she's pretty" he said "do you fancy her?" asked Harry with a worried tone and Louis shrugged "It's just a phase I suppose" said Louis "what do you want to do for dinner?" he asked changing the subject "don't change the subject Lou, when did you start liking her more than a friend?" pressed on Harry and Louis just shook his head "I think pizza would be great haven't had that in a while" Harry just smirked "I'll tell Jay Baby if you don't spill" he said and Louis winced "you wouldn't dare" said Louis biting his lip and Harry chuckled "yeah I wouldn't, please Boo Bear we're best friends just tell me" Louis sighed "I don't know honestly, just through it the time I started liking her more and more, but it's weird I consider her my little sister nothing more" Louis sighed and ruffled his head "it's okay, let's call the pizza place" 

Holly entered the girls flat her face still red from before "Holly what's wrong with your face?" asked Jennifer and Holly turned a bit more red "I don't know what you're talking about" she said, the moment she felt the electric shock go through her and the way Louis was staring at her with his beautiful eyes, she felt dragons in her stomach, it felt good.

Alice stared at her "did something happen between you and Lou?" she asked which made Chase perk up a bit and stare at Holly, he trusts her but he doesn't trust him, from all the stories he's heard about from Holly and the girls, and the glares Louis has been giving him, he didn't really get a good vibe from him.

Holly let out a breath "God no nothing happened" she said a bit too defensive "why would anything happen I'm with Lou" suddenly her eyes widened "I mean I'm with Chase, honestly" she said and looked at Chase with guilt but then she gave him a reassuring smile when she saw doubt in his eyes "Chase, I love you" she said and suddenly the frown on Chase's face was replaced by a huge grin "I love you too British babe" he said using the nickname for her which kind of annoyed Holly a bit but she didn't protest Chase grabbed her waist and sat her on his lap and placed his soft lips on her "Holly you're such a hypocrite" said Alice and Melissa together then they stared at each other and laughed as Holly's face reddened a bit more " come on let's play" she said setting up the game console.

Everyone went to sleep and Chase was with Holly, he usually slept shirtless and he had his hands wrapped around her and their legs were tangled, Chase was snoring which made it hard for Holly to sleep, so she unwrapped herself from him, and went to get a drink.

Before she could open the door to the kitchen she heard voices, it sounded like Alice and Jennifer "I can't believe it, Lou and Holly" said Alice with a hushed squeal at the end "I know, I mean I knew he liked her but imagine my surprise when Haz told me" said Jennifer "so are you and Harry okay?" asked Alice as Jennifer nodded "yes he apologised and I did too since I kind of over reacted a bit" Alice chuckled "do you think he'll ask her out?" wondered Alice and Jennifer shrugged "she's with Chase" said Jennifer in a 'duh' tone "as if that will last, you know Holly, she loses everything she has" suddenly the place got quiet and tension grew "I didn't mean it like that" she said with a humourless laugh at the end "it's okay, Holly would've killed you if she heard though" Holly knew exactly what they were talking about, at first she was surprised, Lou had feeling for her?! she was about to leave after what Alice said, but she stayed "I think Lou will break up with Eleanor and force Chase to break up with Holly" Jennifer said with a giggle "I don't know" said Alice unsure "but I ship them, they are my official OTP" both girls giggled and started talking about something else, Holly felt tired and went back to her room, she was grateful when she noticed that the snoring has stopped.
