Jail

I had my hands up what is happening?

The police was padding me down making sure I had  no weapons.

"You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and may be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to have an attorney if you can't afford a attorney one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you?" The officer said while handcuffing me.

I didn't say anything just went in the back of the car with Tyler. Both of us handcuffed.

The officer started driving to the police station.

The police separates us and takes me to a room. I'm guessing to ask me questions.

I sit down and wait till a officer comes in.

"Hello my name is Officer Doyle I would like to ask you a few questions. If that's alright."

"Okay." I replied.

"Why were you in the abandoned ware house?" Officer Doyle asked.

"I got kidnapped by this guy named Mitch King. May I tell you what happened?" I asked

"Sure." Doyle said.

"Okay when I was 16 Mitch raped me I sent him to jail he got his friends to bail him out he sent me a note saying if he finds me he will rape and kill me. So I ran I lived in California. So I traveled. He found me and he was about to kill Tyler if I didn't follow him. So I told Tyler not to contact the police because if he did he would kill me.  I told him to follow me and to save me." I said.

The officer just stood there. Looking shocked.

"You said his name is Mitch King?" He asked.

"Yes sir"

"Give me one moment." He left.

I was still sitting down waiting.  He came back in.

"So I ran a back ground check and what you said was on his record. I'm sorry for what happened to you.  But I do have to ask did you kill anyone?" He asked.

"No I did not kill anyone." I said.

"What about your friend" He asked.

"Yes just Mitch for self defense he was gonna kill him" I replied.

The police nodded and left again.

I hated this whole waiting game. I hope Tyler doesn't get charged for murder.

He came back in. "So Miss as of right now I have to put you in the holding cell while we investigate. I promise you will be out by tomorrow"

"What about Tyler?" I asked.

"Same goes for him. Unless we find out that he killed him on purpose." Doyle said.

"Okay" I replied.

He took me to the holding cell and he took off my handcuffs.

After a while Tyler came and he was in the cell next to mine.

"Tyler I'm sorry your stuck in here." I said.

"Flower it's fine you are alive and you don't have to worry anymore" He said.

"But now we are here." I said.

"Yeah but we will get out. I promise now try to rest" He said.

I nodded and took a nap.

A/N

I hoped you enjoyed this. I tried to stick to what happens when you get arrested. I haven't got arrested so I had no clue so I had to ask my friend then Google what happens.
