Nobody's P.O.V.

"Wow! You're a natural!" Exclaimed Aang as you perfected the air scooter. You were. After you broke your shell people noticed how you became freedom its self. You were chill and went with what everyone wanted but you were also stern when you needed to be. Air-bending came so naturally to you. It was a way for you to feel connected with your mother (you know that your mom was an air-bender because your dad was a fire-bender. Having experienced his wrath firsthand that is.) it was a way to let loose and you absolutely loved it. Zuko fell even more in love with you and you and he started to casually flirt with each other while secretly hoping to more. "Thanks you Aang! I cannot express to you how much this means to me!" Your voice leaking with emotion as you bowed. "Y-you don't need to bow (y/n)" he stuttered bashfully.

You're P.O.V.

You grinned and turned to run off to your room excited to work on an art project that had been going on for a while. As you turned you ran into abroad chest. Immediately recognizing that scent of smoked cinnamon and melted caramel you blushed. You backed up and tried to play it cool. "Woah! It's not even our wedding night and your already up in my personal space." You said with a mischievous grin. He blushed " I think you have it backwards you ran into me." You shrugged, smiled, and started towards you're room when a strong hand grabbed you're wrist. You looked back to see Zuko red as a baboons butt and looking everywhere at you. You looked at him puzzled as you patiently waited for him to say what he needed to say. "(Y-y-y/n) I uh... Well we've know each other f-for a long t-t-time... Right?" You nodded. He seemed to grow more composed as his confidence grew "So I was wondering if you'd like to go on a date with me?" His voice growing smaller as his confidence dropped like and injured bird jumping off a building bracing himself for the pain he was bound to endure. You beemed."Finally!" You jumped and wrapped you're arms around his neck forcing him to bend to you're height. "So... Yes?" He asked puzzled over why you would accept. "Absolutely!" You're smiled widened as his face split into a ecstatic grin.
