Broken Zuko x Reader

Chapter 2

"You are not fine!!" He screams as you wince in pain.
"I'm fine. Nothing that hasn't happened before." Oops
"What do you mean my that?" His face melting into sympathy and pity
"N-nothing." You try to get away again but he has already caught you again. He tears away the wraps to see scars from fire and whips. Consequences from being the reason your mom is dead is what your dad said. You don't remember your mum you just know that she died giving birth. "Punishment." You replied knowing what your dad said was true.
"What for?!" He asked instantly becoming pissed "what could you possibly have done to deserve this?!"
"Kill my mom." You replied voice horse with pain. You successfully got away this time. Tears trailing down your face as you ran to your room. At this time unfortunately everyone else was already out of bed due to Zuko's loud mouth. After you got to your room you could hear the others talking.
"What happened?"(Toph)
"Was she crying?" (Aang)
"More importantly. Were those scars?"(Katara)
*yawn* "why is it so hard for a guy to get some sleep around here?!" (Sokka)
By then Zuko was already at your door pounding as he asked to be let in. You wouldn't let him in though. You were so angry at yourself for letting yourself spill it like that. NOBODY was supposed to know. Ever. But there you go again. You were sure this family was done with you as well. "Welp I better get this over with." You said to yourself. You changed into a tank top and shorts so that your scars were on display. Wiping away the last of your tears you walked out of your room and sat in the "living room" and waited til everyone was seated before explaining how your father abused you and how when he got drunk it was worse. He violated you and finally you told them about how your mom died how you were at fault and that's why you were hit and burnt and got things thrown at you. After you finished you couldn't look any of them in the eye. You waited for them to tell you how disgusted they were with you and that they were done with you. You were left surprised though when Katara and Toph hugged you as Toph said your name softly and Katara mumbled comforting words. You looked up astonished as you saw Aang's eyes well up in tears and Sokka was already a blubbering mess but Zuko... Zuko is who most surprised you. He bent down and squeezed you in a hug until slowly everyone dissipated and he told you his story about his relationship with his beautiful and kind mom and how he screwed up with his uncle and told you about his psychotic sister and father. When he was done you pulled him into a hug and told him how you wish you could take his pain as your own so that he could live happy and unburdened. Slowly you got up and walked away to wonder the temple once again leaving an astonished Zuko in your wake.
