Mark's pov
Wow, High School is over. I'm going to college now, off to become an engineer.
" Mark! Do you have everything?" asked my Mom.
" Yep Mom, I have everything," I reply.
" Even extra toothbrushes?"
" MOM!!"
" I'm sorry, I'm just so worried, you are gonna be gone! In L.A.! And to me that's pretty far Mark."
" Mom, I'll be fine. I'll come and visit when I have time, okay?"
" ... Okay."
I was about to get in my car when I stopped.
" Mom?"
" Yes Mark?"
" I love you," I say as I hug her one more time.
" Oh Mark, I love you too!" Says my mom. She starts crying.
" Mom, please don't cry, I will be alright, okay?"
" I'm sorry. Goodbye Mark, I love you," says my mom, wiping away her tears.
" Goodbye Mom, I love you too," I say as I get in the car. I started driving. Slowly, I Started driving away from my childhood. Goodbye Ohio, goodbye.
