I growled and as it shot its beam of scalding oil the energy of my body burned through it launching myself in the creatures mouth and began barraging the inside of the creatures mouth with chaos spears. The creature screeched and teleported away I looked around and the creature teleported on top of me I held the creature up but it seemed as if though the creature was putting more weight on itself. I struggled holding it up and heard in the distance Amy saying my name I looked at her and my eyes widened she and tikal were binding the emeralds. I used chaos control and teleported next to Amy I hugged her tight shh grabbed the chaos emeralds "Tikal!" she looked at me I walked up to her and asked why she didn't tell me she had then she looked at me scared and told me that i rushed out of the base without her being able to tell me about it. "Begin the revival prayer Tikal bring our dead friends back to life, I'll hold of the monster back"  She nodded and lowered her head beginning to pray I looked at Amy and kissed her "I'll come back for you I always do" I teleported back to the monster and shot a chaos spear into its three eyes blinding it and grinned. As it was blinded I pulled in more chaos energy the power was so massive it was pulling lightning out of the clouds and into me I looked like a living lightning rod.

The creature screeched and as soon as it opened it's eyes it saw the massive lightning bolt off a chaos spear I was holding and teleported further away from me I shot the bolt into the sky. "CHAOTIC RAIN!" a massive amount of lightning bolts shot from the sky into the creature Burning away its oily armor and staggering it "TEMPEST'S BLADE!" a massive lightning bolt slid across my arm and connected with my swing sending down a massive bolt of lightning like a sword into the creatures head. The creature screeched and reeled back still being staggered by the lightning constantly raining upon it I hear Tikal call out to me and flew back to her I stood there and watched as my friends wete being revived from dust in the air and smiled as I saw the blue idiot's face. They all woke up and looked up at me "Shadow, I'm glad to see you" the blue idiot said "Dont be so glad yet, we have that to deal with" I pointed to the massive creature getting struck by lightning. "What the hell is that?" Knuckles asked as I noticed charmy flying around and flying to Espio and Vanilla walking to Vector as Cream ran to Amy smiling I smiled at the sight and tails had to ruin the moment "Holy crap he can smile" he said I hit him on the head and looked at Sonic and Knuckles. "We have the emeralds faker and red head" now if you're willing to help me we can finally stop that ungodly creation they nodded as the emeralds began to circle us my fur began turning gold, sonic's turnjng a bright yellow and knuckle's turning a bright pink. The lightning finally stopped and the creature looked around for me Knuckles turned and kissed Rouge deeply "I won't fail you this time, I promise" he said, Rouge nodded with a tear in her eye, we turned I looked at Amy nodded and looked back at the boys and nodded as they nodded back and we flew towards the creature. The creature turned to us and began rapid fire spraying oil we dodged the attacks and began tearing away at the creature watching it fall apart from its threatening state to a botched pile of steaming garbage. I grinned flying into Doom's eye and ripping it out of the creatures skull while flying through it, Knuckles flew through the creature grabbing the dark emeralds with Sonic and smashed them to dust in their hands and looked back at the melting creature. Mephiles rose from the melting gunk and looked at us as the flame surrounded him and he tried summoning Solaris as soon as Iblis started forming on top of him I flew into the molten lava and gave it my all "CHAOS BLAST!" a golden and red light bhrst out over the city vaporizing all of the dark energy in sight and sending a mangled Mephiles into the ground. Knuckles took the last dark emerald and pulled Mephiles's soul into it Sonic grabbed the emerald and crushed it into dust turning towards us and giving a thumbs up amiling with that stupid grin of his that I normally hated but this time welcomed it. We returned to the base as Tikal restored the city with the emeralds remaining power and smiled as she began heading off into her own time "Tikal! Don't be a stranger come visit us from time to time" she smiled and nodded walking into a portal leading to her own time, I smiled and turned to Amy kissing her deeply. Rouge and Knuckles went off to their home, Team Chaotix went back to their business minus Vector he went over Vanilla's house for a cup of coffee, Tails and Cream walked off holding hands Omega resigned from GUN and began working with team CHAOTIX assisting with any mission they had and becoming their best delivery transport. As for Maria and Eggman, Maria began going to school as it had always been her life dream and Eggman spent his time working as a robotics engineer using his momey to support a good life for Maria. Amy and I lived a normal life loving each other and doing the usual things couples do, I remained retired from team Dark and GUN spending the good old retirement money well and a couple of months later Amt gave birth to a white hedgehog who's fur seemed almost gray we decided to call him Silver.
