Dogwonder: This story has gone by so fast.

Audry: Haven't you already said that?

Dogwonder: Well, I'm saying it again! This story will ending soon. Not sure how soon, but soon. But let's start!

I sat in the corner of my room wrapped in a blanket gazing at the window from afar.

"Audry? Audry?" Kettle called.

I showed no reaction to her voice and continued to be in my trance.

"Come on Audry. You can talk to me." Kettle touched my hand as a sign of comforting.

My eyes shifted to her hand and it morphed into a human's. My eyes ran up the arm and met with her eyes. Those eyes!

I started to scream hysterically. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

Kettle removed her hand startled and watched in horror. I scratched my face and I pulled at my hair. I started sobbing while repeating those two words over and over again.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

There was then someone knocking at the door. "Audry! Audry! Are you okay?! It's me, Lucy! Let me in!"

I blocked out her voice and continued to scream about something that only I could see.

"Audry! Please! Let me in!" Lucy continued to yell.

Kettle flew over to the door and opened it. Lucy rushed, but froze once she saw the state I was in.

"Au-Audry?"

My cries continued to ring out while inflicting physical damage to myself. Lucy cautiously stepped towards me then quickly pulled me into her arms. I struggled in her arms and continued to yell.

"Au-Audry. I-it's okay. Everything's fine." Lucy gently rubbed my back. "You d-don't need to be sorry."

My wails didn't cease though and all Lucy could do is try to comfort me in the state I was in. After hours of this cycle I eventually fell asleep in Lucy's arms though after two hours I woke up screaming again due to seeing the person in my dreams. This went on for a week with forced feedings, endless nights, and bandages before I was finally able to maintain my composure.

"Lucy, I'm sorry for everything." I apologized as I stared at the dark circles under her eyes.

Lucy pulled me into a hug. "I'm just glad you're okay now and just know you can talk to me about anything."

I guiltily hugged her back knowing I never would. "Thank you."

Lucy let go and grinned. "Now I'm in the mood for a strawberry milkshake. You coming?"

I smiled at her in relief. "Yeah."

The two of us left leaving a sleeping Kettle behind and went to the guild. When we walked in people were surprised to see us after a week of our disappearance.

"Big sister!" Wendy ran up to me and hugged me. "Where did you go?!"

I smiled sadly at Wendy and patted her head. "I'm sorry Wendy. I needed some alone time."

Wendy looked up at me and I felt my demons clawing from inside me again. I then felt someone grab my hand and glanced at the person to see it was Lucy. She squeezed my hand and I felt myself calm down.

"Are you okay sister?" Wendy questioned.

"Yeah Wendy. I'm fine. Now why don't we all get something to eat?"

Wendy smiled and nodded. Our group then went and sat down at the bar. Mira looked up from cleaning a class and smiled at us before narrowing her eyes. "Are you two okay? You don't look to good."

Lucy covered her eyes and I pulled my bangs down longer then my jacket.

"Y-yeah. We're great Mira. Can I just have an strawberry milkshake?" Lucy said.

"A blueberry smoothie for me." I muttered.

Mira's eyes lingered on us a little longer than necessary before she left to make our orders. Wendy peered close at us but I avoided her eyes. She touched my arm and I flinched slightly.

"Are you really okay?" Wendy pressed.

"Yeah." I assured.

Except I wasn't. I still carried that person who screamed sorry repeatedly within me and Wendy could never find out why. If she ever did Wendy would hate me for the rest of her life and I don't think I could handle that.

Dogwonder: Lucy played a big part in this chapter! The supportive friend! Great work Lucy!

But what makes Audry act this way? Any theories?

We'll find out eventually in "Remember Me?"
