One morning on a Sunday a few weeks after Draco took Hermione out to see the northern lights he asked her where she goes every Saturday and Sunday morning

Hermione-" just some thing I gotta do"

Draco-" but what you can tell me"

Hermione-" just things it nothing really"

Draco-" if it's nothing than why do it every weekend"

Hermione-" why do you want to know"

Draco-" because I just want to know where you are and what you been doing"

Hermione-" fine I've been going to see Lucius"

Draco-" WHAT!?WHY WOULD YOU GO SEE THAT MONSTER!?"

Hermione-" DON'T SAY THAT ABOUT HIM"

Draco-" all he ever did was abuse me and my mother"

Hermione-" all he wants is for you to see him once and be able to talk to you and your mother"

Draco-" I am never going to see him and I forbid you to continue to go visit him"

Hermione-" and I refuse to be controlled by you so I'm going rather you like it or not

Hermione storms out of the dorm room and goes to see Lucius when she gets there she is shocked to see Draco there at the entrance

Hermione-" how did you get here so fast"

Draco-" after you stormed out I grabbed my broom and flew out the window and to hogsmeade where I Apparitioned and you walked to hogsmeade which takes longer"

Hermione-" why are you here no let me guess your going to force me back to hogwarts"

Draco-" you got it now let's go"

Hermione-" no"

Hermione goes through the security and they already know who she wants to see so they lead her down the corridor

Lucius - " what took so long is everything ok"

Hermione-" sorry Draco and I had a fight"

Lucius-" tell me about it"

Hermione tells him everything and starts to cry towards the end

Lucius-" look don't take this too hard but I know they won't come see me so I wrote them each a letter can you please give it to them ad tonight at sun down they are execute all the death eaters in here"

Hermione-" does Draco know"

Lucius -" all family members have been told so yes and the may attend if thy wish"

Hermione-" I wish I could do something"

Lucius-" you have done enough for me you have opened my eyes to a hole other world and for that I thank you but I must pay for my sins"

The two of them sat and talked till a guard came in

Guard-" visiting hours are over miss"

Hermione-" ok"

Lucius-" please remember to give them the letters"

Hermione-" I will"

Hermione leaves out of the room and back to where Draco is and says nothing to him and Apparitioned back to hogsmeade and walked back to hogwarts just to see Draco there at the entrance

Draco-" look I'm sorry about losing my temper earlier I just don't want to see you get hurt and I am just worried about you"

Hermione-" well you don't have to be worried about me any more"

Draco-" why what did he say"

Hermione-" that it's going to happen tonight they are going to execute him at sun down so I won't be going to see him any more"

Draco-" ......................................"

Hermione-" here he wrote you and you mum a letter please take it and read it in your own time"

Draco takes the letters and say he will give his mothers to her and that it may take a while for him to read his

Hermione-" take your time"

Hermione walks up to the dorm and climes in her own bed for the first time since Draco held her through a nightmare on her birthday. As she lays on her bed she thinks about the fight that morning and loses all consciousness. Draco came up to see if she was ok and checked her sleeping form and found she was not breathing and he looked out in the common room and saw Blaise sitting reading a book a practically yelled for him to get madam pomfry immediately. Blaise looked like he was going to start yelling but saw the desperate look in Draco eyes and got madam pomfry and she took Hermione to the hospital wing
