"Heeeeeeeyyyy jeeeerrrrkk." Jack bellowed down the hallway while running towards me. "Like can you not be so goddamn loud all the damn time." I whispered shouted while putting all my stuff in the locker. "But why are you staying after?" Jack asked me while leaning against the locker next to me.
I glared at him and then went back to search for my homework. "Anyways, I'm asking someone out." He commented while crossing his arms. "Oh who?" I asked while peeking up at him.
I began to develop a crush on Jack but I knew he didn't feel the same way that I did. He liked a girl named Lydia. She has long blonde hair, fair white skin, blue eyes, and she was an athlete. Haha something I'm not. I liked everything about him. His smile, his laugh, his everything. I swooned over him and he did not even know.
"I'm asking Lydia out after practice." He blurted out loudly as she walked down the hall. "Ugh, as I said before. Can you shut up for once." I laughed while shoving books in bag and I walked away.
"Where ya going?" He shouted down the hall. "Motherfucking detention!" I shouted angrily while pacing up my speed in order to not be late to detention.
----------I walked out of the classroom with finished homework and I felt more relieved. I walked back to my locker and neatly put in my textbooks. "Hey Jack." I groaned while continuing to put more books away.
"Hey Hannah. Guess what Lydia said?" He bounced with glee. "Oh I don't know yes?" I sighed sarcastically while getting more angry the more he talked about her. "Well yeah she did. Is there something wrong?" He softened while wiping his forehead. "Nothing I'm fine." I lied while shutting the locker and dashing off.
----------
Even though we both walk home the same way I decided to go further ahead. I looked behind me, all I saw was a small little blur. I wasn't even half way home and rain began to pour.
"Ugh whyyyy meeeee!?!??" I shouted while tears streamed down my face. Having the awful feeling someone you have been crushing on like someone else. I tried to wipe away the tears but they came and the rain was soaking me. My clothes became a second layer and my sobs got louder as the thunder did.
I ran to my front porch but I saw no car. I tried to wiggle the door open but it wouldn't move. So I had to do what I do best at.
I climbed up the water pipe and crawled on the roof. I always leave the window open. I tried to open the window until I saw the window locked.
I checked my pocket and my phone was in there. Good thing it's waterproof. I sat on the roof scrolling through Tumblr until I heard a voice.
"How long have you been up there?" My mother shouted while Jack stood by her side. "I honestly don't know." I replied while hopping down from the roof and waited for my mom to open the door. "Oh yeah honey, Jack is spending the night since his parents aren't home. Oh and give him some of your brothers new clothes that are in his dresser. I never really got to give it to him. There might be some underwear for him." She smiled while she unlocked the door letting us in.
Jack blushed a bit and I face palmed my forehead. This is going to be one wild night. Won't it?Goddamnit my frends just can't wait. Anyways it's crappy but it's fine.
