"It's time to sleep my child." she whispered in my ear with a voice like silk.
"I don't wanna! I know he will come back..."
"I already checked the closet, and under your bed. I would never leave you with danger," Her voice started to sound a little agitated, but she tried to hide it. "but I figured you would still be scared so I got you a nightlight."
"that won't keep him away."
"Just try it for one night, ok?"
"hmm... fine"

He always does
All he does is creep closer to me during the night; always staying in the shadows, but his eyes always glow a greenish color that makes you think of moss. When he gets next to me he whispers things into my ear
"She will betray you. Just you wait."
