So your ready for the backside 180 now don't get me wrong this trick isn't easy. your gonna wanna put your feet in the position of an Ollie. Now for the practice step, slide your front foot up all the way to the nose and at the same time turn your shoulders to the right if you're regular or turn your shoulders left if you're goofy. Now the next step is to go for it and don't be afraid. Now to the common problems there are few the first one is your turning but the board doesn't stay under you to fix that issue try leaning a bit back because chances are you're leaning forward and it's slipping away, the next one is that your probably leaning forward and your doing the 180 but slipping out when your landing on the board the way to fix that issue is to lean back and if you can't get the full 180 when trying it swing your arms more to help you and when I say swing your arms i mean more of your shoulders than arms. If you're having any other troubles just let me know in the comments.
